@@obergrupenfuhrerpanzerlied3516 we can do all that, cleaning, exhaust etc etc If you want absolute peace of mind then you go for an overhaul, but as this high mileage example shows, its still making the correct amount of power

Was the engine cleaned (EGR, other blocking factors) before tuning to 80% more power? I imagine it would have even more if it was cleaned!

Heat soak on a turbo diesel is not an issue. The turbo will heat up the air to 70-80 degrees irregardless of the inlet temp

@@sjlim1776 yes the 2.8 turbo will fit, no need to upgrade injectors to reach 210-220whp. stock 2.4 is 135-140whp
