Well true devil is different from final devil Final devil in tekken 7 is kazuya using every ounce of his devil gene power True devil is basically final devil combined with azazel to make that form even more powerful

The big question is what if Jin chooses to be manipulated by the Devil Gene itself rather than choosing his path? How does "True Devil Jin" look like 🤔

However Final Devil in 7 was inspired by Blood Vengeance So Final Devil Jin would also be similar to his own Blood Vengeance form but different True Devil Kazuya is just Azazels power on top of his Final Devil form. Its not his own personal form. True Devil Jin would only occur if Jin took Azazels power Final Devil Jin is theoretical,but with the comparison i pointed out you might be able to picture how he would look.
No special intro or outro on the arcade bosses in modern fighting games is so weak. Even MK1 which dropped a lot of balls including no unique intro for the last match at least had a dope closing scene at the end.

He still does, it's just kinda rare in Tekken 8 compared to Tekken 6
