The Fever have to work on boxing out and their help defense fundamentals. Caitlin has to work harder to fight through screens so she can get over the top instead of going underneath and getting torched and bodied around the top of the key. Boston needs more touch and footwork around the rim and easily loses position in the paint on both ends of the floor. This team needs a lot of basic work but I guess it’s still early.
They should already have fundamentals because they are "professionals in the greatest league in the world." Humph! That's a joke.

I learned what a screen is, but there's 'boxing in.' I still don't know what that means. So it's a blast to watch videos from content creators like you, who actually don't just say this and that, but SHOW this and that. Nice video.

Great commentary!! From the first 2 games to the last 2 games, Caitlin has got her feet under her again. She was practically born a point guard, and you can see from those first 2 games how big that difference was when Christie put her at PG the last 2 games. The rest of the team is calmer, their plays are smoother, and they're making baskets. They still need to clean up fouls, but that is coming along as well, a work in progress. I feel that the team is not really treating the rookie now because she has proven to them that she can play and she's not afraid to take a hard hit. Even Christie commented on how tough she is after rolling her ankle last night. This team is coming along. It would be nice to see Erica be more productive, but again, that could come in the next couple of games. They haven't had much time to catch their breath between games, so this team has proven that they can compete and they aren't going to let you walk all over them.

I’m working on a residential assignment in Kazakhstan (from USA) and I never ever watched WNBA and now I wake up at odd hours of the night (time zone diff) to catch a FEVER game or watch the stats the next day.
I don’t even do that for NBA.
I only started watching WNBA because of the incredible sensation of the one and only C.C.
They are learning, great to watch there growth. Not the best team, but lots of fans pulling for her and her teams (and other teams they play).

Those two late turnovers were killers although she was fouled on one of them and got the tech. That probably was the difference between winning and losing. The refs aren’t doing her any favors so far. Quite frankly they’ve been bad.
