    I'm half-Korean too and in the States, I'm Korean, but in Korea, I'm just a foreigner despite that I'm fluent and grew up there half my childhood💀 It really just depends!!
    Typically the older Korean crowd IN THE US treats me like garbage, but the old peeps in Korea like me.
    Growing up the first part of my childhood in Korea, it was strange too. Some kids would marvel at the way I looked and then say all the bad words that they know to me, which was lowkey traumatizing? Bc I was like 6 and it would be older kids like middle schoolers who would just say "SHIT, FUCK, FUCK YOU BITCH" and what not. Kids are annoying in general, but it happened a handful of times growing up. I would go back to my mom like 😟😟ㅡ
    Or you'll get the "OMG SO GORGEOUS!!"
    Or, "in the Olympics, who do you root for??"

      No this is not what foreigners deal with in western countries today! Only in the most racist countries in the world and Korea is one of them.
      Also he looks almost completely European. When he’s in Europe people will just think he’s a native Caucasian. So regardless he would face nothing there when he looks completely French

    • @eyan12

      @@AndreasViking1 No Im saying people that dont look caucasian experience this in european countries. Ofc this guy wont experience that in France because he looks french and is fluent in french. People who dont look european and have an accent will experience that.

    • @AndreasViking1
      @AndreasViking1 10 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@eyan12 it’s possible that some might but in Europe i know most people nowadays are not racist or xenophobic whatsoever to non Europeans. There is nowhere that is more racially tolerant and accepting, so you can’t compare east Asia to Western Europe whatsoever.
      Also most Europeans when seeing a foreigner nowadays they look at them with a lovely interest in them because they enjoy seeing different people. In Korea if you asked the same type of person looking at a foreigner, they would give you a completely different xenophobic or racist answer compared to Europeans.
      Europe today is not how it was historically, east Asia is exactly as bad as it’s always been
