I received an email from the Cottage Program and while the new food list goes into effect September 14th, they won't adopt the new food list until rule writing is complete, which could take up to year! I can't believe this is legal for them to do.
yes it is frustrating, but what kind of food are you looking to make? there are other ways to use non commercial kitchen methods, and they are completely within the law

So it has been passed and will be written into law this summer when governing boards reconvene.
