very good presentation. my childhood wasn't the greatest. I won't go into details. I am finally learning how the past trauma of my childhood is effecting how I react to current situations. It makes perfect sense to me. I am learning to change. I am learning to live in the present. The past is past. I can't focus on the past. I must focus on the present. I take my past "traumas" as a learning experience. I am willing to change. I am willing to change for the better!

Indeed. I make her a kindergarten teacher in my mind (sometimes) and all the kids sit in a circle and start the process of socialization using love, understanding, and support. ⭕ It is my way of making the group safe for me and introducing play for me into that rich and rewarding situation for me.

@@CynthiaSchoenbauer it's refreshing to get information that actually helps. Doc S and one or two others have helped me change my life after years of "healers" and one or two professionals only ever doing more damage than the original trauma. I've met a few good therapists but the majority that I've come into contact with I would not trust with the school hamster.

I do not think my mother was ever emotionally available for me or my siblings. I'm lucky if she was even physically available. I was thrown into the responsibility of taking care of my brother and sister when I was nine-years-old. And I didn't have very good examples. Thank you for sharing your videos. They are always informative and thought provoking

I like your explanation because it mimics what I have had. I was burdened with domestic responsibilities when I was about that age two while my mother spent more time playing and creating a mere image of a mother (playing mother). But there was no real and loving mother there!

My biggest struggle right now is having boundaries and being more assertive. Some of my family members stepped all over my boylundaries, wanting me to be just like them, treating me bad because of who one of my parents were. When I tried to be assertive, no one listened. So I learned no one would listen, nor take accountability for what they've done...so now I am so passive. It feels like my words and feelings don't matter.

I probably had ptsd as a child. In the 80's it didn't seem like mental health was understood. I was just stuck in special ed not knowing what i was doing was dissociating not "day dreaming". I'd get yelled at for "day dreaming". Everyone seemed puzzled as to why I had learning difficulties. Even though my trauma was well known. I'm glad for younger generations have a little more resources now given their parents are responsible and responsive.

I love how your words infiltrate my soul and make sense of what was trauma and abuse. My three year old shows more love and compassion than my "mother" ever did. "Oh it will be ok little sweetie, I love you mama" she'll say.
When randomn ladies are kind to me or call me sweetheart, I'll break down n cry thinking why couldn't I have been loved and raised with intent and care. Hugged or something.
I live with a broken sense of self everyday, just hoping my daughter sees despite the past she will always be cared for and loved.

Wow, incredible! I sincerely hope it will work to bring the family closer together for everyone's security, and fun, and love. But I have to introduce a caveat. If they are narcs, it won't work. (Narcissists won't change by intra-family love; Only outside influences have any chance to work, and these have to be wise "elders".) But good luck and love to you anyway.🍟 May your family be the ideal picture of what we all want to launch our spirits into the world!

This happened to me. I've witnessed children being abused and it's just the worst. I reported each incident and nothing good came from it. One family threw fireworks on my porch and egged my car. I don't know what the answer is but I'd do it again. My hope is somehow these children find help.

This video came at a perfect time since I had another fight with my mother last night cause she always makes situations worse and then doesn't care to listen to what I have to say and how it could help Prevent it in the future. She even tried to manipulate my gf into siding with her and painting me as the villain after I walked away and she started saying it loud enough across the house. No maybe what I do she never cares about how the way she treats me and casually dismisses everything I say with the classic "I'm always the bad guy in your eyes! There is no talking to you whatsoever! Hmmph!"
I never used to be so aggressive either and I might have borderline personality disorder as a result of feeling isolated and never understood or cared for. My autistic meltdowns used to just be me crying and running away to my safe area but It is now hostility mixed with anxiety and fear going into attack mode.
I'm glad that I have my older siblings since I have been talking to my brother nonstop since last night and he asked how I was doing today and my sister sent both of us a video about making the same simplistic game in 8 different game engines to help keep me motivated in my online learning and my recent side gig startup business

All feelings, at their root, are being created by Qi (Chi) or life-force. A 5,000-year-old Taoist spiritual technology will allow you to transmute any negative feelings back into the life-force that created the feelings in the first place. The Taoist approach recognizes that this universal medium of the life-force or Qi (Chi), is governing not only our internal world of feelings and thoughts, but also the outer world of nature. For example, in the Taoist approach, it is the Wood Phase of the life-force that creates the human experience of anger, or the virtue of Kindness arising in the Soul. This same Wood Phase is also responsible for making a tree grow and for the expansion of our universe - Excerpt from the book “Emotional Alchemy the love and freedom hidden within painful feelings” by Andrew Kenneth Fretwell.

Again, this is right on time for me! The lavender in your "blousy" blouse is soothing and bright, and in that way is very fun for my subconscious to bring a contrast to the "blues".🟦 It reminds me of how I can at times remember good things, 💜 like the dress I wore to a wedding that was the exact same color as your blouse, very drapery around the neck and of chiffon material, which is like spring and Easter eggs. While this might not bring me all the way up, it works very well as a seed for my spirit from which to grow back dreams that died long ago 😩and that the "carcasses" need to be replaced with new dreams and to somehow finish up grieving the old things that I wanted to be and do but didn't quite work out, possibly because of a bad environment, or because I made some mistakes. I am using your channel to do some/all of my deepest "work", switching things into and out of the subconscious (replacing).
