The king distributed sweets to their people on events, importance to main religion along with improving tolerance among all religions, and mainly industrialization of the land happened with proper planning. The word "Raja" is used cheaply in parts of the country, while most of the outsiders still respect Indian Rajas. ask european folks, they still think and mean high for "Rajas". And some idiots are calling my brother "Raja" who is not even a raja by name, such a humiliation to real Rajas. we reside in Ballari, if you look at vaccination certificate, thats done by "Raja" . and any youtube video search results all have "Raja". which Raja and which political party he supports, not sure. But Raja is quite famous.
