    Seems a good combination

Your right Chris. The 2.4 seems so light compared to the t3.8. I might take it out with just the oars 😳 If you see someone going round in circles that’ll be me 😂

@@123boat it would work well with a very light engine I expect like Honda 2.3 or one of the 2 or 2.5hp two strokes from Tohatsu or Suzuki to make an extra light bit of kit for dragging up foreshore or creeks…

@@chrismccartney8668 Your right Chris. Some of the places I go, have quite a strong tide and so I wanted something with a bit of omff but still light enough to haul around on my own. Time will tell if I’ve got this combination right when I test it at a few places where the tide runs fast 😳😳😳

Is enny sort of license required for these small boats

Not at all. In fact you can buy just about any size boat in the Uk and not need a licence. If you use a radio then really you should have a licence. Hope that helps

The t24 doesn’t go on the plane with just a 3.5hp outboard . The t38 doesn’t take too long to inflate 👍

      It’s only 3hp. Is that a long shaft ?
