l used to live in Gilmor Homes project back in the 80's and in the 1800 block of North Ave. So sad to see how everything in that area has changed now for the worse. Once the drugs invaded the area and the drug dealers came about, everything went downhill.

The little girl sees helicopters in the neighborhood and I would expect them to know one. Maybe it’s a genius baby very intuitive to what’s going on. This little on is going to be your leaders because they can quickly comprehend phenomena. Quite amazing she will someday bring justice by prosecuting these criminals killing people.

Are we forgetting the danger of reality in our criticism of the Po Po?
I grew up in SW B-more. I saw murders and drug deals as a young kid in the 1980s.
I had a good mom and did not become a thug.
The problem with Baltimore and the world in america at large is that parents are lax....schools are lax....we are lax in our understanding and acceptance of others and do not do enough to be good people.
We are happy to blame others for our own faults and lack of resources.
the police is the first line of our defense and the first victim of our criticism.

This is the curse on black people in Deuteronomy chapter 28. Black people don’t they are the Hebrew Israelites. The Twelve Tribes of ISREAL. Those imposters in ISREAL today calling themselves God’s chosen people are liars. God tells us in Revelation 2:9/3:9 these are not his people. Black pastors should be ashamed of themselves they’re not open enough to the Spirit of God to let Black people know what’s going on with them. Until Black people know who they are and why they’re in the position they are they’re not going to know how to cry out to God so he can help them. No man can save them and they will never receive justice from their captors but they still march, protest and yell but things remain the same. If they call on their God he will deliver them but they must know who they are and why they’re in the position they’re in. It’s all in Deuteronomy chapter 28. It’s the fault of our ancestors and what they did. However, we don’t have to continue to live this way. God said if my people who are called my my name would humble themselves and pray, I will hear from heaven and heal their land. Black people must wake up and find out who they are and call on their God to help them.

once politicians stop pushing race and color against us, you'll see a decrease in these killings. the majority of people in the USA don't care what you look like or what you believe, they just want to live their lives. Politicians play the race card on each side and it needs to stop. We all just want to be people with no hyphen and live our lives.

The meaning of "justice" has changed over time. The term was mean to describe getting what was due you, even if the end result of that fairness led to the gallows. Today, any person who doesn't walk away free - regardless of guilt, can be said to not have received justice.

Not true. Lived in Baltimore most of my life, this is the sad reality. I am a professional African American gentleman that was arrested because I asked an officer for his badge number during a traffic stop. Officer was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. I never raised my voice or acted irrationally in any kind of way. Was charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. Just like the guy in the film, charges were dropped.... However I spent 3 and a half days in jail because prison system was backed up. My bail was paid within 3 hours of me being arrested and had to stay there for 3 days.... They think they can treat you like trash and have no consequences for there actions. They try to incite people and get a reaction. I gave none except for asking for a badge number..... I moved from Baltimore in 2009...... Baltimore PD is plagued with corruption and has been for as long as I can remember.... There are some good officers there but most I ever encountered were awaful.... I feel bad for others that don't have the choice to leave....

If you think about joining a police force don't join a force that is in a place like this because you are doing a difficult job in a place where there is not respect for law abiding behavior. Police should just walk away and move to other jobs and take care of them first . One thing is to disagree another is to riot and burglarized stores and then blame the police for that as well. Is there police corruption in any big police department ? Yes but rioting and making everyone a victim is not the solution. There should be a ride along program involving prosecutors, judges and community leaders in regular and dangerous patrols to make them experience the job first hand because when the cameras stop that's when the problem begins.
If you are a parent that let's your kid to go to the Street to absorb all the illegal and hateful behavior then don't look any further for the problem because you are the essence of it.
If you are a cop and you feel that the constant insults by the public , the constant perception of the media that all cops are bad, the constant attacks by politicians and community leader to cops in general is affecting you and possibly your relationship with you family then just walk away from the job because is not worth your peace of mind.

It's crazy. How is it that a community that has a no snitch policy even on murders. A community that worships gangsters as heroes. A community that takes no responsibility and blames everything on others. How does this community expect PERFECTION EACH AND EVERY TIME FROM THE COPS WHO THEY DESPISE???

The seatbelt thing needs to be against the law whenever they want to shirt someone they pull them over for no seatbelt regardless can’t argue that it’s happened to me more than one and I’m white. F no state as far as the living areas would be the key to the race issue.
