This is the weirdest Falafel Wrap. Falafel is eaten with chunks of tomatoes, pickles and lots of Tahini sauce (not Hummus tahini paste). The Wrap is never grilled nor any cheese added to it. And most importantly it is served hot immediatly from the fryer.
