Incomplete description. A good licensed realtor presenting a project should know better. Keep mentioning set back don’t know side setback. Kitchen with base cabinet only included not wall hung cabinet. Why???? Bedrooms- no built in cabinet included…?Master bedroom, no built in cabinet included. No air conditioning, hope elelectrical connection is provided and included in the main panel box, plus spare… You mention play areas/playground..is it built…
