- The Buc-ee's beaver is ready for its Colorado debut. The Texas-based travel store and gas station chain opened its first Colorado location on Monday.
Located north of the Denver metro area, at the southwest corner of Interstate 25 and County Road 48 in Johnstown, the new Buc-ee's opened to the public at 6 a.m.
The 74,000-square-foot Johnstown travel center has 116 fueling positions and 12 EV charging stations.
Known for its award-winning clean bathrooms. All Buc-ee's operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. The store will serve Buc-ee’s favorites including Beaver nuggets, Texas barbeque, fudge, kolaches, jerky and pastries.

Honestly the best best are the massive clean bathrooms. Once you get used to that you're not going to stop anywhere else nearby.
Went here this morning. It’s AMAZING!
The views from the parking lot of the mountains is unbelievable

I stopped here and loved it! It's now my stop when I travel to Denver.
Lines out the door and traffic jams from the parking lot to the main road. That's what they brought to TN at least.
What are the Druids doing at a gas station?
❤
We need a Buckys in Florida Lakeland Florida lol
All this for a gas station? Yeah, ok.
Oh so have never been. 😅 It's not just a gas station. It's a road trip destination after spending hours in the car with your family, kids driving you crazy 😂. Literally something for everyone. Hope you try it sometime. 😊
@@eg3229 its really just a gas station. people need to get a life if you are waiting for a gas station to open
A gas station with a Walmart............
Just imagine the largest truck stop/gas station/grocery store you've ever seen.
The human race is going backwards
Wow what a line of losers.
Lmao
TRUMP 2024 babyyy 🔥🔥🔥🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸❤️❤️❤️
I’m all for leaving cars behind and working towards public transit or other means of transportation. Not excited for a gas station opening.
Pretty much impossible in most areas... think logically
@@Jay-is2jy I am thinking logically. Why don’t you try thinking outside your box? Most areas shouldn’t be car dependent. Not to mention the numerous other issues cars pose. Yes, I want systemic change. You should too.
@@catpax6075 You aren't... or your logic is limited... most areas have no choice but to be car dependent... think outside your bubble... what issues do cars pose that hurt your little bubble?.. keeping most Americans stuck in their neighborhood is not systemic change... it's yuppie foolishness...
@@catpax6075 let me guess.. you live downtown somewhere so you can catch the bus, Uber, taxi, bike, rent a scooter, train etc.... hate to burst your bubble but the majority of America isn't like that... there are no other options besides a car
@@Jay-is2jy well I hate to break it to you, but supporting gas stations just continues car dependency. If you want things to change, you have to start thinking outside your box and start supporting different ways of living. Cars are the literal worst things for an insane amount of reasons. No more gas stations needed. I’d love more trains and buses or bike lanes like other countries. It’s really not that hard to think about. G luck to your mindset! 🍀
