@@Mozart0230 my steel stable setup with i7 13700k, 4070ti shows stutters, micro stutters. Everything is 100% (Fresh windows, all drivers are up to date, etc). Literally. The game is running with UE5 engine, and UE5 in itself has issues. But the amount you have on video... That's a lot. Trust me.
@@Mozart0230 What I have noticed that you have a tiny bit high temps on both cpu and gpu. Also your DDR5 ram is not fast. AMD chips love fast ram, LOVE IT. For your specs you should upgrade to atleast 7200mhz. And I don't know your nvme drive, but that also matters in the dataflow as a whole.
