The femoral artery runs through that area is why you stab there. Rip right through that artery and it’s over! You get closer to the nads and there’s no point in applying a tourniquet

you killed a heavy gunner with a silenced MK18 with a single shot to the head, sorry that's not possible, the silencer makes the damage minus not plus and that was just luck, nothing more, not even possible on weapon level 3 without the Zastava M93 and with every other weapon you need 2 shots to the head of your heavy gunner. That was a lucky hit, nothing more, the guys with the Gatling gun eat bullets like a sponge through their thick armour, be glad that he died with the first shot, you would have only just won a firefight with that.
Hi. I don't know at what point you thought I took out a heavy fighter with one shot, it's impossible. If you revisit the firefights on the Gates and inside the World Seedvault base at the end of the mission, you'll notice that I killed every heavy fighter with at least 3 bullets.
