I love when they harmonize and play off each other’s instruments. I just wish they would come play The Amp in St. Augustine this September with Trampled by Turtles. Then, if Europe ever lets Dead South come back to the States, I’m inviting them to round out the night. September 19, 2024. I predict this will happen.

They're very cool. It's a distinction without much of a difference, but I wouldn't call this bluegrass. It's missing nearly all of the idioms of that music, save for the instrumentation.
I had all the books stolen out of my Little Free Library on an Indian reservation in Montana three times in one week. Totally cleaned out, not one book left. I actually like to think about where all those books ended up.

My 6yr old son and I were stopped a stoplight in our littl middle TN town. I had Dynamite rattlin the speakers . He caught me watchin him bounce in his seat . His resopnce was " daddy with this bluegrass music you dont need to know how to dance , you just look down and your already movin" 2 weeks later he was on my shoulders in Nashville invoulitarly bouncing w/the devil makes 3. Priceless
