Basically Normal Slow Motion Doesn't Have Transition. In Their Case, The Video Just Switches To Lower Speed. But Super Smooth Videos Have The Transition Of Changing Its Speed Throughout The Part Gradually Which Makes It Look Like The Time Itself Got Slow.

Ok so you know under the export button there's like an icon.
- Go onto settings
- then scroll down and find Open Tool Menu When Selecting an Object in Time Line

You have to slow down your footage to a certain percentage based on the fps you will produce and the fps of the clip on the timeline. EX. If you have 60 fps footage and you are going to produce to a 24 fps video you can slow the footage down to 40% of the normal speed and the footage will still be smooth. (24/60 = .40) If you have 120 fps footage and will produce to a 24 fps video you can slow the footage down to 20% of the normal speed (24/120 = .20)
