    I like how you incorporate health and wellness into your ASMR content. It's all very practical tips as well and not on the extreme side which many people nowadays think they need to do (i.e. 30 day celery fast). Little tweaks here and there really go a long way! And yeah, the hair. 👌

    I love your positive motivational videos! I get up at 6am for my job which I work EST hours, I loved hearing your tips. And you voice was perfect, I love how you changed inflections and told stories of your experiences.

    I absolutely love your videos! You always help to soothe my anxiety and make me feel a little better about myself. I work at a daycare and my shift starts at 5:15 every morning. But I try to get there a little earlier so that I can make sure everything is ready for the day. But often times I don't wake up early enough.. 😔 My goal is to try to get there by 5am every day. It would make things so much easier for me and I'd feel less rushed. So if I could wake up at maybe 3:30am vs 4:30am, my mood and anxiety could improve dramatically. I feel so tired and rushed every morning and I'm ready for this small, but possibly very impactful change. And I think my dog would appreciate it too because I'd be able to give him all the hugs and kisses he deserves before I go. So thank you so much for all of your encouragement. You're amazing! And by the way, I love your hair cut! You're always so lovely. I hope you enjoyed your Labor Day weekend and have a great week ahead ☺️☺️💕

    Loving your new hair! I like these topic videos 💛 It's absolutely true that you just have to get used to waking up early. I have had to wake up early all summer for my summer job, and at this point it's the new normal for me 😊✨ I hope I can manage to keep this pattern going when uni starts

    I'll never look down on someone for wanting to sleep in. It's the best feeling ever! And some people don't have to conform to our 9-5 work pace, so good for them.

    Greetings from Michigan. You do sport one of the top softest soothing non abrasive voice on here. Occasionally I would try to really dim your room or back ground setting although it's great for a night light when my room is pitch black lol For those that want to look at you past 5 mins the glare can make it difficult to fully relax that is if they are in a super dark room like I typically am. Take care of yourself always.... Nathan

    I have had times in my life that I always wake up at around 6 am without trying too much. The most important trigger for me to go into that habit is to go to sleep early. As soon as I have nothing important left to do, I would start to look forward into the next day and go to sleep as soon as possible.

    I have to wake up at 5am for my summer job Monday-Thursday. I've been doing it for the past 2.5 months and I'm still not used to it 😂 Absolutely love my lie-ins at the weekend. I know some people who have been working there for over 30 years and still hate getting up at 5am 🙈

    I wake up at 4 am every day and I struggle with being groggy no matter how much or little sleep I get. But I will definitely try your way.

    My problem is i get off at either 10pm or 11pm at night and fall asleep about 1 am or 2 am my job is very demanding but i automatically wake up every morning at around 7 am no alarm clock

    Don’t know if you have read this book but I recommend “the power of habit” by Charles Duhigg. One of my favorite books of all time!

    Have you ever dealt with depression when doing this? I'm really struggling with emotionlessness and that strips me of my motivation. The reason I ask is because I want to know how this helps with your emotions, as in do you feel more because you're setting your body on a specific circadian rhythm and being more productive. Obviously, you don't have to answer.

      Thank you for asking! I don’t deal with depression but I have found that it really helps with my overall energy and motivation. I also find myself more passionate about my hobbies etc. lately since getting into an early sleep pattern. Maybe worth a shot for you and your motivation :)
