Me and my dad are right handed but we are left handed fishermen. It is much easier to control the fish with your right hand, and you can cast better. Reeling with your right hand has Been a game changer I would recommend switching.

I’m right handed and use only left, one of my local bait shop employees told me left handed reels are made for right handed people and it does make more sense it’s more time efficient and he told me that you can miss a lot of fish on the drop while switching hands
Hey Yak, on some of the spinning reels you can switch the handle from right retrieve to left.
The klutch is probably my favorite, but the new stuff is sick and I’m slowly loading the tackle box with all of it and using code Yakpak for every order… love the content my dude and each video gets better and better. Keep it up yak and fish on brother.

I used to throw right hand retrieve and switched, so much better. I now throw both, def prefer left hand retrieve though

We use left handed reels predominantly in the uk. (Assuming you're right handed) Fish smarter and faster.
