All states mandate that in the front only amber or white lights in the rear Red and amber only for turn signals. Anything else is a distraction and could cause an accident. Cops have a very short fuse when people cannot figure out common sense.

Lots of farmers in the UK do this every year on their tractors as a charity event, my local police wildlife crimes and rural crimes team even have a pair of police tractors and get involved, going as far as decorating their tractors, they lead the processions and bring up the rear acting as an escort along with a few police motorbikes, my local Christmas farmers procession is over three miles long with almost two hundred tractors every year!

One put a semi-truck horn on his scooter. , It was hilarious!! And then put a Harley-Davidson motorcycle Exhaust pipes on his little Honda car. That boy kept me laughing all through his growing up years. We lived in a small town in AK. The police knew him but enjoyed is humor too. He ever got a ticket but did get pulled over and was told he couldn't be doing what he was doing. He grow up to be one of the most skilled Diesel mechanics In south east In south east Alaska. On the one hand, it’s awesome. On the other hand, as a professional driver, seeing that while driving can be enough of a distraction to others to cause an accident. I think the parade route, or parked in the driveway, etc. is probably a better way to go.
The trucks look so amazing. It sucks you had to take them down after spending all those hours putting them up. I live in Orlando, Florida and see people with lights on their vehicles all the time, so I’m not sure if all police make people take them off. The light "webs" designed for bushes can make truck bed and front engine area really easy to do requiring less tape and time. wouldn't work for door areas but basically 2 thirds easier using those for sure.

Suggestion when attaching the lights…. Use clear packing tape…. I have done it on a number of occasions on my Jeep…. Clear packing tape does not damage the paint… Truck looks better in daytime…. You don’t notice the tape as much….
I was thinking electrical tape as it come in many colors. Plumbers tape would be good as well. If you want to spend a bit more superglue to magnets so you can remove and replace quickly that should make the grinch happy 😂
@ some parts of the Jeep body are fiberglass, so magnets would not work and may blow off driving down highway. The idea is the clear packing tape is less noticeable and does not leave a sticky residue behind…

One of the most important things that I've learned is the 'HOOK '. So, my constructive criticism is: the first 30 seconds is the most important part of every video. Maybe open the video with what you already did, then a 5 second clip of you guys being pulled over. That will grab people's attention and make them want to watch the whole video. Because not only do the trucks look pretty cool, but wait, what? They got pulled over too? Now I got to watch this. Great job guys! People everywhere are seeing your video so those lights have been seen by many! You should get city hall (or your campus) to start a yearly light parade. We have one in a small town in Michigan and it's incredible!
Great idea for parades and parked vehicles. Research your state vehicle code. A lot of states prohibit flashing lights, or colored lights, or non-OEM / DOT approved lighting. Most states will also allow only amber or white to the front, and red or amber to the rear. As a side note, auto parts stores, amazon, walmart etc ... All sell gancy mods for cars and trucks, but you have to read the fine print. Some packaging even say right on it "for off-road use only," or "check local laws." 🤔 Anything for a buck.

Where I live, they have a light parade you light your tractor, trucks anything that moves and will make the trip up with as many lights as you can fit on it, even horses. It's great fun.

On the one hand, it’s awesome. On the other hand, as a professional driver, seeing that while driving can be enough of a distraction to others to cause an accident. I think the parade route, or parked in the driveway, etc. is probably a better way to go.

The trucks look so amazing. It sucks you had to take them down after spending all those hours putting them up. I live in Orlando, Florida and see people with lights on their vehicles all the time, so I’m not sure if all police make people take them off. The light "webs" designed for bushes can make truck bed and front engine area really easy to do requiring less tape and time. wouldn't work for door areas but basically 2 thirds easier using those for sure.

If the people with no insurance had a sign up saying "NO INSURANCE", it would make cops jobs easier. Having bright red and blue lights and not a cop makes their job pretty easy too!
Suggestion when attaching the lights…. Use clear packing tape…. I have done it on a number of occasions on my Jeep…. Clear packing tape does not damage the paint… Truck looks better in daytime…. You don’t notice the tape as much….
I was thinking electrical tape as it come in many colors. Plumbers tape would be good as well. If you want to spend a bit more superglue to magnets so you can remove and replace quickly that should make the grinch happy 😂
@ some parts of the Jeep body are fiberglass, so magnets would not work and may blow off driving down highway. The idea is the clear packing tape is less noticeable and does not leave a sticky residue behind…

As a smaller channel myself, I've learned a few things during this awesome journey of the YT streets. One of the most important things that I've learned is the 'HOOK '. So, my constructive criticism is: the first 30 seconds is the most important part of every video. Maybe open the video with what you already did, then a 5 second clip of you guys being pulled over. That will grab people's attention and make them want to watch the whole video. Because not only do the trucks look pretty cool, but wait, what? They got pulled over too? Now I got to watch this. ( 👈is what they'll say )

Great idea for parades and parked vehicles. Research your state vehicle code. A lot of states prohibit flashing lights, or colored lights, or non-OEM / DOT approved lighting. Most states will also allow only amber or white to the front, and red or amber to the rear.
As a side note, auto parts stores, amazon, walmart etc ... All sell gancy mods for cars and trucks, but you have to read the fine print. Some packaging even say right on it "for off-road use only," or "check local laws." 🤔 Anything for a buck.

Where I live, they have a light parade you light your tractor, trucks anything that moves and will make the trip up with as many lights as you can fit on it, even horses. It's great fun.
