The Casio seems too cheap. Found one by Pioneer, but it's way too expensive, XDJ 1000. Search continues.

Good day,can this controller numark nv work with virtual DJ?I'm a virtual DJ software user.
On the website it says that you can map it to virtual DJ but the displays only work for Serato.
Can this be connected with an external drive or flash drive, or does it still require a laptop connection?

Yer man thats good dont use nothing under 4 gig of ram serato and the nv are ram hogs they need 4 gig min

Software and controller work on windows 8.1?
1.To take the computer completely out of site,can software or firmware be updated in the future so that we can view or see the wave forms of both decks running on each of the screen displays which is more accurate than the white LED that lights up(most times not accurate)
2.In Virtualdj every played track is marked or stroked RED but looking on the file display on the controller No sign to show that the track or tracks have been played,any solutions to that now or in the future? Because i really want to take the computer out of site ratha than repeating myself openining and closing it.
Ari Godwin controller is all about beat matching by ear. And it’s lovely, cos I have the nv 2, played in big clubs, it never fails for one moment. Good one

sometimes i need to clean my house and the same time the numark nv it can play the tunes for me from the folder i like it to listen so i dont no sure it is possible the software it can play autoplay liste but the numark nv it can not i dont no wy so if this litle problem it can be fix i can have better christimas toy

Well if you move around a lot and love the feel of CDJ's this is a lot better than lugging around 2 heavy cdj's and a heavy mixer :)

no strip-pad for locating the song position?
Put a Hard Drive in this Module with Serato Dj already installed and ready to use and this Product would be off the chain. also an extra usb port to hook up an external hard drive, An all in one controller would put Numark up and beyond all other gear?? Think about that suggestion Numark hmmmmmm.

All that and no digital tracking on the jog wheels smh
just i have to learne a nice transiton in the tracks i am sure to my folders it be organise house music and all the categories in the diferent folders that it be ok it be perfect
