What does the inside of a Loring S15 Falcon cooking tray look like?

When we have visitors to the roastery and invite them over the the roaster to take a look, most will ask what the function is of the cooling tray. This video shows you what's underneath the bean catching mesh.
You can see the bean agitator spindle and well into which bean fragments and roasted bean dust falls into. The exit hole for the cooling air is shown, along with a description of where the air travels to - up the cold stack. Funnily enough, it's through the cold stack that all of the roast aroma travels. This from a smokeless, odourless roasting system. I also briefly describe what elements get cleaned and where the beans travel to once they have been cooled.
