For the 1 chord, you are gonna play in keycenter D, for the 4 chord you play in keycenter G and for the 5 you are playing in keycenter E. You got to use the 5 fingerings of the C major scale though, which is everything you need, because it has all the notes in it. You simply slide up and down to the different keycenters. That's another way to look at it. I already know my modes and scales. Just giving an easier tip and keeping people from running up and down scales.
