With all ride wristbands priced at £10 and a wide variety of attractions open, join us as we have an absolute bargain day at one of the best amusement parks in the UK! We share on ride POV's from many of the different rides including Rage, Green Scream, Axis, Time Machine and many more awesome attractions. We also check out the Christmas decorations throughout the park and much more in this action packed vlog from Adventure Island!

Fun fact, at 1:55 you might see a little peter pan to the left of the track next to the 'coffee' sign. This is actually some memorabilia from when the park used to be named 'Peter pan's playground'.

I love Rage
Vortex reminds me of a ride called Orbiter that went around as part of a traveling carnival every summer when I was younger and that thing *WHIPPED*, as in easily 2x as fast as Vortex and the arms extended to where the cars are practically perpendicular to the ground. I miss it terribly.
Sounds epic!
Vortex is an Orbiter, its just a less intense version, as with travelling carnivals they don't care if you throw up near it, as they'll be leaving in a couple of days anyways, but with Theme Parks they're in that spot for a LONG LONG time. As long as the park is open usually.

The area is about to move into Tier 3 tomorrow so the ride offering will be limited. Full details can be found on the parks official website! I’m sure you’ll still have a fantastic time and it certainly helps support the park!

Adventure island looks like such a nice park, and has a really good ride collection. well...compared to Yarmouth pleasure beach my local park

This Park Could Really do with a Sky-rocket II or III Where The Waterslides and Sky-Drop Are Or A Vekoma Family Boomerang In The Go-karts Spot (Maybe On top of a New Building Where they could put a Dark ride Or Staff/Maint area) Or Replacing Green Scream
I used to love green scream when I was younger we used to try and pull the leaves of the bushes as we went past I kept a bunch in my scrap book lol
I also used to love green scream when I was younger but now with glasses is a extreme nightmare

It was a lovely surprise that you made this trip down to Southend to the great Adventure Island. I try to get there quite often in the summer as it’s fairly local to me, got a great atmosphere and is kept so smart and fresh. I know you took a bit of flak for doing the traveling for this one but I thought that was ridiculous as we all know you and Charlotte come in the car and are out in the fresh air 99% of the time. We all love seeing a new theme park vlog coming up from you both as it’s good for our mental health so take no notice of the idiots and keep on doing what you can. Sending Christmas good wishes to you both 🎄🎅🏼

Came here yesterday! The queues for Rage were insane though. I was there for 3 hours and I only managed to get on 5 rides😤

You are very lucky rage was operating properly, I remember the awful time I had on my final day working here a few years back, It was freezing cold and I was operating Rage... The amount of times it stopped working cause of the cold...
It was slow but at least it was open!

Nice video, really enjoyed. Start with Rage & end with Rage, nice start and end to a video. Not sure if you know? But there is a new development coming for 2022, in where Go Karts used to be. Got a big space there for a big attraction. Both myself & my friend have since visiting in August seen the space, since visiting Hastings. We have suggested it might be a coaster type like Pinball X or a type of compacted coaster going in that space? As its massive, even big enough for two flat rides. Which gives us both the thought it could be a unique coaster type going in there? But not really sure? Was looking at Google Maps earlier, over the last few days and think with either Barnstormer or Mini Mighty Mega, they could maybe replace one of those with a new bigger version? Maybe Mini Mighty Mega with same coaster type, but a bit more leg room for adults & a different unique track layout? With longer ride time via using space around & above where Ferris Wheel is & Where Barnstormer Station is? Think a new coaster type like that with a new layout would be interesting to see in the park aswell would love to see the indoor section maybe expanded to place some of its coasters indoors? For example Rage? Aswell maybe more? But anyways, cheers for creating, really enjoyed and now going to watch Final Florida Day 2022. 😀👍

Merry Christmas and thank you for this final enjoyable vlog for 2020 I loved that you managed to do POVs for every ride you went on I dont blame Charlotte not going on Axis though I've never been a fan of those types of rides hence why I've never ridden them but thanks for all your festive vlogs this year and hopefully see you in 2021 and who know I may bump into you again Fireworks night at Alton Towers 😁

It does indeed! Luckily it’s designed to move slightly, in fact you’ll see it happen on many coasters!
You've both been great with the masks.. up until now, when we're experiencing a far higher level of cases than during past vlogs.
Thanks for your feedback. We wore masks throughout all indoor areas and dark rides as required!
@@ThemeParkWorldwide That was a politician's response. All year you have worn masks even when it wasn't required by law or park rules. Presumably, you did this because you recognize the disparity between doing what is safe and right, and doing what others tell you or the govt says is the bare minimum requirement.
You also didn't comment on the fact the staff were not wearing masks - the only park you've been to this year where that is the case? It very obviously profits before people. You've been to Belgium and seen how well the theme parks there are handling it, demanding guests wear masks 100% of the time. It felt and is scientifically far safer.
With great power comes great responsibility. This is why you should set the highest standards for your viewers in terms of safety and protecting the guests and park. I suspect this was your view earlier in the year, and I wonder what has changed?
The world will be back to normal by April next year
