I love the way you do business and keep the welfare of the animal first. I have said it before, I will say it again, you ARE amazing! LG with that doorstop is the cutest thing!😊
I know things happen But it’s a bit sad for her to leave her 1st family. However, she found the most wonderful new family- I’m so happy for her! She’s beautiful!!
Awe. I feel for Ms Debbie. I totally understand why she had to give Lola Mae back. Yes, dogs should be treated with respect and treated as family, but you don’t want a grandmother having something that could possibly harm her grandchild!! I’m glad that she did the right thing. And, I am happy for your addiction to your program! I remember when she went to puppy training! I know you will always make sure your babies are cared for. I hope that Ms Debbie and her husband feel peace and aren’t mourning her absence too much! I hope for Lola’s sake that this guardian family becomes her forever home!
I'm so happy that Lola is at "home" now. Bless her. What a sad situation for her first Mama, but, understandable. I hope she settles in and knows she is really home, now. God bless.
Oh man! I can imagine Ms Debbie bawled the entire time as she packed this babies stuff. Maybe the grandchild isn’t allergic to cats? I know how important my dogs are for my mental health!
I feel bad for Mrs Debbie and her family. I totally understand her reasoning, allergies and allergic reactions are no joke, so I see where they would be scared with brand new allergies and not knowing if the puppy will trigger that allergy. My heart goes out to them. I commend you for all you did for Lola and Mrs Debbie’s family. And I’m very happy for her new guardian home.
Awww...I'm sure Lola's first family was sad to send her back but had to do what they thought was best for their grandson. She is a beautiful pup and such a happy-go-lucky girl. I'm so glad she has adjusted so well to her new family and is doing great! Thanks for sharing! ❤🐶
Lola Grace is so precious. Lots of fast changes in her young life but she will adapt.❤️❤️❤️ Loved seeing the weekly pictures…especially getting to see the nose pigment come in. Loved that as I am big on full nose pigment. Will look forward to hearing Lola Grace’s lifetime story. Maybe eventually see her deliver you some of your new fur-babies. ❤️🐾❤️🐾❤️🐾❤️
Thank you all for such heartfelt and understanding comments. I am Lola's first mom, Miss Debbie. I confess that I am trying to tupe this thru tears. This is one of the hardest decisions I have ever had to make. Unfortunately the slow moving medical system worked against us as the baby's anaphylactic shock to corn baby food happened 4 months before having an allergy test with results that included dog and cat dander... just before Lola arrived. They are still waiting for epi pens for emergencies after receiving the wrong kind. Baby Jack has 2 older brothers and a sister, all of whom were our reason for moving from CA to Iowa to be of help. Our help came to an abrupt halt after Lola arrived... until we could come up with another solution because without those epi pens their fear was too great that he would go into anaphylactic shock from Lola. Our prayers were answered when Billie's choice for Lola's new family worked out. I can tell you that Lola is very active and absolutely loved flying like the wind in our back yard. I can see she has room to fly there also! While we thought Lola would have had Baby Jack and 9 yr old Becca to grow up with here... Lola's new mom has younger siblings and her younger brother was obsessed with Lola ♡♡♡ from day one. They even put Lola's fake grass out on their deck like she loved to have here on our deck. ♡♡♡ I do not know when I will stop crying when turning a corner and not seeing Lola in a usual spot... which was everywhere... but I just remind myself how much she and her new mom already love each other ♡♡♡ My biggest fear was that Lola would feel abandoned and that fear is gone... she looks so happy and was able to take all her favorite things with her instead of starting from scratch. Part of my heart went with her ♡>>♡ but I am so grateful to know she has a wonderful life ahead of her.
You did what was best for everyone and out of love. I always tell people never to judge someone who has to return or give up a dog because you don't know what the person's circumstances are and the pain and grief they are going through. For very different reasons, I have been through rehoming dogs and have been harshly judged or told I was being selfish for making such decisions. Grief isn't a straight forward process, even if you know exactly where your Lola is. It's a huge deal. I'm so glad she did have the time she had with you, and I hope when the time is right and you're able, you'll get another pup. To have someone as kind and compassionate as Billie as a breeder is a rare treasure. I work for a small breeding program, and we also care as much about our people as our puppies... it's the people who will ultimately give each pup the fullest life. And while there are a lot of people who do unthinkable things to dogs, there are also many incredibly generous and loving people who will do anything for their dogs... even if it means letting the dog go because it's the right thing to do. Hugs
Oh I'm so sorry this happened to Lola and her owners. How hard this must have been. Thanks for explaining Billie. Give Lola a big hug from me a fan from the beginning.
I am beyond excited for Miss Lola Grace to be in the program. I was so in love with her watching her puppy videos several months ago. Maybe the timing will work out well for us to have a Miss Lola Grace baby someday... We'll see! Either way, I'm so glad to get to keep following her story! 🥰
It would be so hard for me to give back my puppy, but certainly the grandson’s allergies are paramount! I try to watch all your videos- love your channel!! Has Lola had any puppies?? Thanks 💕🐶
Our daughter grew up with an airdale because of allergies. There were no doddles. She never had a problem with her own dog. Grew up with a tolerance of him. Perhaps that could be a suggestion. Feel for the child and grandma and puppy.😢

I cried for Ms Debbie. I know that broke her heart to have to make this decision. But you all did the right thing.

Such an unfortunate situation. You can tell Lola was loved 😢. I am so happy things are working out for her. She is a gorgeous girl.

But it’s a bit sad for her to leave her 1st family. However, she found the most wonderful new family- I’m so happy for her! She’s beautiful!!
How heartbreaking. I am so glad they brought her back to you instead of giving her to someone else.
Thanks for sharing Billie! Such a beautiful pup. Feel bad for Debbie but can understand. Glad you were able to find Lola a good guardian home!

Her guardian home did not work out, so We ended up rehoming her to a family that had already bought a goldendoodle from us. And she’s doing Fantastic!
Lola is such a sweet girl
