Yes, i wasnt able to do the usual crazy offroad stuff that I was usually able to do, however it's the same geometry as the T4. The suspension is harder unlike the Master and Master Pro. 200psi is plenty for most riders even doing heavy offroading.
Good efforts despite your injury, subcribed. Try carpet double sides tape for the velcro. Your tire seems low on air, but the front battery corners is a bit concerning for offroading, going on steep hills, jumping up stairs or curves.

Yes
V13 is not a top wheel for me. Such a wonderful power, cool safety system inside, but battery sucks! Therefore quick discharge, short distance range for a ride =>TOP=>>> ShermanASS😉 (if you are not going for a top high speed), EX30 +, Comander Pro +
Ex30 for the win in terms of power/ speed/ torque, range and nimbleness..v13 and Sherman s may be better build quality but lack range/too heavy/big (v13) and lack power (Sherman s) respectively and commander pro has slightly less power than the ex30
Commander pro over v13? The commander pro build quality is garbage watch them take it apart on TH-cam and look at the insides . Trash 🗑️ and the v13 is a better quality safer wheel that can hits speeds of 56 mph . Battery not the best but theres ppl that will take safety over range 😮
You didn't said anything about suspension compared to others.
Or torque compared to the other wheels....

Good job Jack. The music choices are better this time. So the rim is the best part about this wheel? I hope Begode adopts this stronger rim layout from here out. I think these new incredible top speeds are enough now if the quality and durability could just catch up so it doesn't turn into a scattered pile of pieces with the first crash

I am pretty sure this is the first review of the EX30. Congrats! I hope you will do another longer review when you add some fairings and good power pads. Too bad Begode is still shipping their wheels with those CST tires. I would definitely swap that out for a good street tire. What is your prediction for which wheel will be king of the racetrack in 2023? EX30? Master? Commander Pro?
It's definitely going to be one of those three, maybe the sherman-s too just because of how well it controls. I really dont know at this point!

Nice video, I already have a Master but I'm looking into buying this wheel for the range. I find your tire a bit on the low pressure side. What is you tire pressure in this video?

Same issue as on exn, low clearance and on the same spot. Hoped I could use it offroad as well.

Stiffer suspension set up which means you no longer have to pump to 400psi to prevent bottoming out. 200 is good for most riders. Sherman S still has a better suspension.
I don't think they need to raise the battery, most would prefer stability at high speeds, rather than the ability to climb walls.

88 kph on one wheel is fantastic 😎 Chances are that this a going to be a super cruiser and rock climbing would be a bit out of the way. So, raising the battery packs and reducing the stability even a little might not be the way to go.
Man that tire appears to be almost flat.... I wonder if you would have scratched up the battery case with the tire more inflated.

um i dont see that happening in the near future as theyve invested too much into this design, and a new suspension design may cause issues that neither I or other riders are prepared for.

I already knew about the power. I wasn't expecting anything else than that. However, I missed the part of the suspension game. I believe you forgot to mention it, during all the video. Did you like it? I am already waiting for mine to arrive at my doorsteps, in Europe but while knowing about the power as any other begode wheel, better even than those because of the c40 motor, am really curious about the suspension. I know that it's built up with the T4 arquitecture, also with 100mm travel, but my question is how did it feel while riding?

What is your riding weight? Just curious to know what kind of performance I can expect at 230lbs.
I'm 90kg, so the fact it was able to climb with my weight i was impressed.

TIR lenses! Finally lmfao. I modded my V1 Master with some to replace the dumb stock lenses, and the brightness more than doubled.
Why are you running so low on tire pressure?… seems like some of that scrapping problem might be solved re tire & shock compression pressure correction ( s)… jus sayin….😊

the v13 and masprov2 have more powerful motors (not by much but they still do) so i wouldn't say that it has no competitors when it comes to performance
sure, but have you considered the AMP limitations set by Inmotion on the V13? The Master Pro also has the same motor as whats on the master. + the bigger tire size just makes it hard to accelerate quickyl! 20' all the way!
@@official.electricdreams true about amp limits amp limits but with the masprov2 it maybe be heavier and bigger but +500 watt motor and having more battery to draw from will most likely make the masprov2 more powerful but even if it doesn't its still a competitor and you said there wasn't any

Electric Dreams - I thought the Master PRO was the most powerful and fastest out to date? You talked about how the EX30 ranked compared to other wheels but how does the EX30 compare against the Master Pro?
Same top speed but ex30 more torque and more nimble with c40 motor, smaller wheel and being lighter but master pro has more range

@Blox117 it's physically capable of going faster than the ex30 60mph limit but isn't it capped at 55mph? Ex30 probably more torque because of smaller wheel and lighter

it uses the same geometry as the T4 so its a bit stiffer, you wont bottom out as easily

Can it go up curbs? That lower battery casing is worrying. It seems like a very large oversight and something that could have been easily avoided...

Big yikes about the battery casing and bottom plate scraping on shit...
It almost seems like they don't test ride their own creations. The ribbed metal case seems a pretty obvious issue as an example.
I noticed that most all of the ex-30 videos from China were with the original plastic case. I'm wondering if the new metal case sits lower than anticipated and maybe they didn't really notice because all the test footage was with the plastic case. I hope it's an easy modification before batch 1 ships out.

Hmmmmm wanted to like it. Hitting battery pack doesnt seem right for a lot of cash. Why is everybody going bigger wtf do they come from texas? Faster safer no cut out... Better suspension. Not bigger more expensive I dont want a fucking boat...
The V13 absolutely has a more powerful motor than this. It electronically limits to 56mph while holding enough power in reserve for another 10 to 15 mph in order to keep riders SAFER.
This wheel, in typical Begode fashion, might let you ride slightly faster than 55 or 56mph (remains to be seen), but you are guaranteed to be riding the beeps and pushing the very upper limits of the machine. Check out Dawn Champion's 50mph Master cutout as a prime example. You won't see a 50+ moh cutout on a V13. 4500w NOMINAL with 10,000w PEAK output.
All that said, this looks like Begode's best built wheel since the Hero only without the range issues of that forgotten gem. I might consider picking up this one if I sell one of my Veterans. I was a big fan of the EX20S.
Yeah but v13 missed the boat range wise (range is ridiculously low for such a big wheel) and is too big/ heavy for off road..ex30 hits my sweet spot power, range, nimbleness wise and will get mine in a month

@RBTT - Rui Bastos - Tecnologia e Turismo lol..'quality' is just a subjective opinion being spread around that you've bought into.. it's not and never has been an objective fact that begode wheels are low quality and others are better quality.. nothing more than an opinion with no proven scientific facts determining this.. what are objective, undeniable facts are all the wheels specs and the specs on the ex30 are undeniably better for me.. there is no perfect wheel.. ALL brands of eucs have their risks and are not free of dangers... and the fact that the vast majority of eucs purchased are begode means statistically more ar going to be reported as problematic.. if the majority sold were inmotion or leaperkim etc I can promise you that statistically that brand would have had far more bad press as a result.. but I've never had any issues with my begode wheel at all and the ex30 is the safest yet with the new motherboard/ extra mosfets and metal frame and battery boxes worth ask the improvements they have made..but at the end of the day different people have different needs and we individually need to choose a wheel based on our highest needs and compromise on the rest.. my highest needs are optimum power, torque, range and nimbleness and the ex30 is the best for that.. no question.. if you want to fall for the so called 'quality' hoax, at the expense of optimum power, range or agility etc go for it..I just don't buy it and the v13 and Sherman s are not for me and do not meet my highest needs.. if the Sherman s was priced lower it would be a better deal or more enticing if it was 134v but it isn't and they missed the boat imho..100v for a wheel in this category is very underwhelming and disappointing compared to the competition in 2023 and the v13 has deal breaking too low range and I ride off road as much as street and the ex30 having more torque and smaller/ lighter will be far better suited than the v13 to offroad..I get my ex30 in a month and I'm happy to be getting it..
@@justinspirational it's about 550-watt hours difference. That's a v5f, and if you rode a v5f at even its very low highest speed, the maximum you're going to get out of it is about 12 miles and likely a little bit less than that. I know because that was my first wheel and I know exactly how many miles I got on it when I rode it at 16 mph which is as fast as it would go.
You guys are acting like that extra 500 watt hours is actually going to make some kind of major difference. If you're willing to trade off all those safety features and everything else that the V13 does better than any other wheel, all the ways that it innovates, for an extra seven or eight miles (maybe 10 at best), you're crazy in my opinion. LOL I mean, there are like 12 EUC Riders on the planet who actually ride for more than thirty or forty miles in a day. I've been cruising on an Abrams for the last three thousand miles, and I regularly get 55 to 65 miles of riding in the normal way that I ride. I've never once had any issue whatsoever with its range, and the v13 has more range than it.
@sammysoko424 sammysoko424 ex30 has already been proven to get 70-75 miles range in real time riding.. the v13 is way lower.. and yes I sometimes and often do ride long range group rides and don't want to sit around charging or trying to find a place to charge (in the wilderness= nowhere) so that extra range for a lighter more nimble wheel does suit my needs far more than what the v13 offers..ex30 will have way more torque than the v13 too.. perfect for me as I ride offroad hills as much as I do street.. that will suck a lot more on the v13 which will be too much work offroad.. different strokes for different folks.. clearly the v13 suits your needs best and the ex30 suits my needs best and that's ok.. I'm glad we have choices.. not everyone has the same needs but I still don't buy the quality and safety argument that's so spread around with no scientific proof behind it.. it's all just an opinion.. not provable fact.. I'd have gotten the Sherman s if it was 134v but they missed the boat imho making it only 100v in 2023.. it's a great wheel but not worth the price they're asking (similar to v13 and ex30 prices) but it's in a lower class objective specs wise.. the ss needs to be priced at least $500+ less than they're currently asking, but even if it was I still wouldn't get it as my primary needs are still optimum power, torque, range and nimbleness and the ex30 still best suits those needs of mine.. someone else like yourself obviously values other things more.. there really is no perfect or best all round wheel for everyone.. that does not exist
