I think the trade mechaanic will be locked behind a new type of hourglasses. There will be some extra rules, like only certain sets (not the newest 1 or 2), but I don't see any harm in allowing trades of any rarity for any other rarity. If trading is slowed down by hour glasses, or you have to pay $ for gold. I think a lot of people will pay $ to get full art cards from spam accounts to bling out their main account. It won't mess with the meta, and it will make a TON of $, which is ultimately what they want

Shop tickets that you can't even spend. Monthly limit capped out and over 200 shop tickets to spend. Soon as next month drops I'll buy out my 5 packs and then have to wait another month to buy more. Limiting f2p is crazy.
I completely agree with prioritizing the tickets and also keeping hourglasses. I got 545 pack hourglasses now and am only waiting for the mini set to drop. Mew looks fantastic.

Assuming you have most of the genetic apex collection, doing the opposite is better. You want to finish genetic apex with wonderpick since you'll mostly be getting dupes from packs at this point.

Like Mew EX will most likely work best in a Mewtwo deck so if you dont have 2 Mewtwo EXs or 2 Gardivoirs then GA is still very relevent
i've got about 50 shop tickets and have solf out all the monthly pack hourglasses. I really want to do a 10 pack opening for the new Mew EX pack so I am hoping the event challenges will give me enough hourglasses to do that 10 pack opening.
Personally my strategy with the shop is to buy anything that has a timer on it on the last day if I want it or think it might be useful in the future. I save them until last day just in case they release something new that’s really cool and I want it right away. Everything that doesn’t have a timer I purchase as long as I know that I’ll still have enough for the monthly 70 pack hourglasses. Which with the events and solo battles you should have plenty of. Like I have flaired all of my item cards that I play with and have like 250 tickets already to spare.
I’ll sound crazy for saying this but if you pull 3 of the same crown rare you can burn one and get enough special tickets to get all of the special accessories I was lucky enough to pull 3 crown pikachus but I haven’t done it yet
Heya, like your content, but some constructive criticism would be that if you’re going to the effort of making the video, and I’m going to the effort to watch this 11min video, hearing “I’m not going to do the math off the top of my head.” just ends up feeling like you can’t be bothered and you’re just churning out content. Take an extra 5-10 minutes before you record to plan what you want to say, with the math calculated, and I can assure you the viewers will thank you more for it! 🙏🏻

Shop tickets can drop from those free wonderpicks at the events. Also I've never gotten anything from a wonderpick yet, it's always just fodder when I am trying to get a quest done.

I want to pull on the pikachu pack, but I've been sinking into the other two to try and get those remaining cards (and perhaps the last two one stars I need, lapras and pidgeot). I am just hoping to get a gold card before I get max pack points, which isn't but some-odd pack points away, but I don't really think that's going to happen.

Trading will most likely be limited to older sets (so whatever the most recent full set is and possibly the last mini set of cards wont be able to be traded until another set drops). You can probably only trade the diamond rarity cards (so up to and including EXs but not the 1 or 2 star, immersives or crown rares, which are the cards the whales actually care about), and therell definitely be some type of limited resource to limited the # of trades people can do (they may repurpose shine dust, thats why I'm hoarding mine, or introduce a new resource specifically for trading). Basically trading will allow most players to complete the base set of each set, which allows you to build every deck, while leaving the star rarity cards out as they're the actual whale bait. This is obviously just me guessing but I think this is the way they'll handle trading.

I got a wonder pick with full art Erika but missed. 😢 at this point im trying to replace my entire friends list with plp on my same lv. “Dkayed Pokemon” has a literal 🐳 discord, but like you said it’s a nightmare to actually friend some of em since their friends list is always full, I prefer the other method.

the godpack hunting on WP is not that bad. I only spend less than an hour sometimes to get in. Im completely f2p and I got 10 2s cards
it's the only way f2p players can realistically get all 2*, i do wp exclusively in gp with 3 or more 2*
I've added quite a few people from reddit who had god packs but only their normal packs appeared sadly.
