Opened 25 packs. Got my first god pack! 2 Crown Mew EX, 1 full art Blue, full art Expeditioner, full art Leaf. Absolutely unreal. First ever crown in 2.5k total cards!
I opened 40 packs and they were pretty good aswell. Crown Mew ex, 2 immersive art Celebis, 7 full arts and 5 regular ex cards. Only missing 4 cards from the regular card pool now. Gz to the god pack! That is amazing! And amzing pulls in that aswell! I have been completing most of the cpu battle missions and so far. Only the type disadvantage missions are missing. Florges and Serperior are amazing so far. Especially Florges feels like such a good psychic budget deck with the new support. The game is actually so nice f2p so far and playing from release day onwards has made everything quite easy. Or I am pretty lucky. But until the next expansion drops end of january 2025 there is so much time to collect hourglasses again and open over 100 free packs. If we get a new pack every 1,5 months with every 2nd of them being a mini pack like now with genetic apex, mythical islands and then A2 it is so easy to collect cards. 3 months to save hourglasses and dump them into main sets and over 100 free daily packs to open the mini set in between. I did my monthly budget for this new deck, and I managed to get 67 out of 68 of the "needed" cards, but somehow, I got the full art Mew EX card a whole two days before getting the normal EX card. I was able to get the Celebi EX play deck that first day, but I didn't get to try it out until yesterday...it's a fucking beast when it gets going! Also, I learned not the depend on the visual effects or sounds to see if I got big pulls. The only way to know for sure is when you're at that pack and you see the backdrop change or you hear that chime on the pack itself. For instance, last night, I did a Pikachu opening, and there were no rainbows or sounds when I tore the pack, but there was a background change, which mystified me. When I got to the end of the pack, there was a full art Pikachu EX card. I was quite happy.
Nah it's just cos they're both Aussie or New Zealand (similar accents) Rob has a higher pitched voice, not by much, but there's definitely a noticeable difference
Celebi / Serperior/ Liligant deck is so broken haha! Managed 980 earlier. I got the full art Celebi Ex normal Celebi Ex, Gyarados Ex, but no Mew. Got 2 sets of the whole Snivey line, 2 full art Serpeirios one was from a wonder pick. I noticed that this morning I was up at 6:15 and it reset at 6:00 it was super glitchy I was scared to open all my packs tbh, battling was a joke I kept getting kicked, even collecting missions was an effort, kept having “app failure” or whatever it is! GG’s on the god pack brother! Had one at launch but I still don’t have a crown rare 😧
How are you guys doing your pack openings? Do you wait to do a 10 pack or do singles? When doing singles do you select a pack or just skip to the pack they give you?
I did 60 pulls, and got decent luck. I just need 1 mew ex and 1 aerodactyl ex. I plan to stop there as an f2p and will try my luck in wonder picks and free daily pulls to get that two exs.

My pack luck was solid, no immersives or crown rares (though ngl the gold foil background isnt really my thing, imo makes a suoer rare card look cheap to me for some reason). Did get a bunch of 1 and 2 stars (inclidomg 2 two star Mews). However my Wonder Pick lucks been insane the last 4 or 5 picks. Finally grabbed my first Blatois EX and 2nd Stamrie EX the other day and today I did 2 picks on the new set and got my 2nd Aerodatyl EX and a Serpentine full (art and i only had 1 copy of the 3 diamond card so extra bonus though i haven't pulled even 1 Celebi EX yet and ive already opened somewhere between 60 and 70 packs between my saved hourglasses, about 150 gold i ssved from the BF deals and thr nee PVE missions). Oddly enough ive pulled more 2 stars so far from this set than i have in GA (though i did snag all 3 immersives which are by far my fave style of card in the game)
Spending $100 to open packs that you anticipate to earn you 4k in the short time is no gamble at all…. So stop pretending like your life is on the line….
