- We recently had the opportunity to sit down with Toronto-based Grammy Award winning producer, T-MINUS. In this intimate session he showed us his studio flow and gave us a peak into the composition process that has caught the ears of notable artists like Drake, Justin Bieber and others.
what I got from it.
1. Get a good sound going of something kind of simple
2. mess with it alot with effects until it catches your ear
3. synth bass
4. tight drums

40 is not an inspiration he mixes the beats 95% of the time & produces sometimes, Boi-1da is Drake’s hit man for hire
He got my lifetime respect for creating "she will".
To me by far his signature is his arrangement, bounce, and sound selection. All 3 impeccable.

T-minus and Scott Storch are single handedly responsible for producing a good amount of hits in the past decade or so and it’s unreal.
