This is one of my favorite breads ever, easy to make, delicious, and simple!!!
Flours that I like from Brazil:
Familia venturelli, Renata, Anaconda
For the bread:
500g of wheat flour
5g of biological yeast
350ml of water
1 teaspoon of salt
