Thanks to this original SYNQ firmware the player is extremely user-friendly and packed with tons of extra features like:
•Q-DBase system: smart, fully featured database lookup system to find your tracks very easily, even on big hard disks! (competition doesn't have this smart alphabetical lookup system!) Free Windows Q-DBase-builder software included.
•The digital effects (echo, flange, filter) can be used manually or fully beat synchronized with presets. The manual effects control is the most useful, competition only has the beat related effects, no presets!
•Manual and beat synchronized auto loops with variable loop length (1/8, 1/4, ½, 1/1, 2/1, ...), real-time loop edit and divide/extend functions. (competition only has a simple auto loop and no devide/extend function!)
•For each track up to 4 cue points and seamless loops can be stored/recalled at any moment (competition only has some sampler function that is very difficult to use, no cue points/loops can be memorized for each track)
•High precision scratch function and pitch bend, thanks to the touch sensitive jog wheel (completely reworked algorithms to obtain the same scratch experience as Pioneer). Some even say the scratch wheel is even better than the Pioneer, I leave this up to your personal judgement, in any case it's much better than the competition!!!
•All kinds of tuning in the software, making the player more user friendly compared to the competition.
