    This amazing system takes you from anywhere in the valley, up to 80 kms away from Vancouver, or north to the BC FERRY terminal in Horseshoe Bay. This enables a direct connection to a ferry to Vancouver Island. And Canada Line SkyTrain can take you directly into the Vancouver Airport, inside the terminal. These features reduce car cost, parking fees, and is very convenient.

    Thanks for the information. I will be visiting Vancouver in September 2023 coming from Toronto. I already bought my Compass Card via mail, will register it before I leave Toronto. Will be spending 1 week there and then taking the VIA train back to Toronto.

    I don’t believe you mentioned concession fares for seniors! Also, what about Compass Tickets as opposed to a Compass Card? If I just want a one time trip from Coquitlam to Waterfront Station isn’t it a 3 zone Compass Ticket? So confusing!!

    When you said zone 3 does that include the 66 route from Chiliwack to Lougheed Station????

    It wasn’t helpful enough how do you know you’re on the right skytrain? How do you know where to get off? Do you have to be there at a specific time? Is it like an elevator? You swipe the card and then they come? Not helpful

    Very informative!!! I have a question, if I need to go from places in zone 1 to a place in zone 2 on week days, do I have to buy zone 1 +zone 2 fare for the compass card?

    • @therealJUSTINEPRIESTLEY
      @therealJUSTINEPRIESTLEY  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      hi 😀 yes, weekdays before 6pm if u travel from zone 1 to zone 2 on skytrain you will need 2 zone compass card. if you do that trip a lot, a monthly pass for 2 zones might be best for you. if you only do it sometimes, stored value card might make more sense. thanks for watching 😁🙏🏽❣️

    If you have a compass card and transfer from one vehicle to another, do you always tap on and tap off very vehicle you get on?

    • @therealJUSTINEPRIESTLEY
      @therealJUSTINEPRIESTLEY  ปีที่แล้ว

      with the skytrain u tap in and out when u enter a station and then when u go back out onto the street.
      with busses u tap each time u get on a bus-no need to tap when u get off.
      thanks for watching😀😃

      seabus is the same fare system as the skytrain. seabus goes from zone 1 to zone 2, so, cash single ride fare is $4.45.
      stored value compass card single ride fare is $3.65. daypass ticket is $11.00.
