I was operat this VNA in Erco sharjah before 12 years.. whene this warehouse was new start. I'm in igloo ice cream. And this is my teacher... Thank you sir
Driven for 6 months, Crown VNA and Counterbalance trucks. Best VNA and counterbalance trucks ever. Tried 5 different companies trucks, compare to Crown, Crown is the best, engineers doing very good job.
Working for 5years for Preffered Freezers Services and yes these are one hell of a machine ! Just funny how hes doing everything you dont want to do if u had product on forks
Great Turret forklift they have them in Brisbane and Sydney just have to make sure the guide wire in the concrete is installed correctly else bye bye racking or a big hole in the back wall
not required by OHSA since there are railings and it only goes up and down but employers would want you to wear one in case you do fall they aren't on the line for Section 5(a)(1) which requires employers to protect employees from serious recognized hazards.
At my warehouse, it has been made clear they are not required by OSHA but they are required by the company because we stock pick using Crown TSP trucks, which may require lifting the rail after stopping in the air and going onto the mezz to pick boxes or fix pallets.
Legalize_420 contained in the cab, in the operator's seat, there is no need for a harness. The harness latch point is only for passengers. Eg: A trainer/supervisor during training/evaluation.
Yeah, driving these TSP 7000 series is fun. Sometimes I stop in the air and just look around the warehouse were I work (where I have a great view of a Dematic Flexsort sorter we use to ship packages!). The place where I work has two of these Dematic flex sorters for different task and a Rapid Sort 200... it is amazing to watch the place work sometimes.

We have these at my work, but we work in a freezer, so they have a heated cabin.
rphxleonine yeah.. that depends of the Type of warehouse.
Same here, but that's technically just an accessory. It's the same model.

Rafael Zamora in the cab, in the driver seat, harnesses are not required.

True, unless you have an operator that can somehow manage to stay awake in it. These machines will rock you to sleep in no time.
Especially with out a harness
I was thinking the same thing. Where is is harness? Lol
I work with the same model, Is he restricted to P3? Seems really slow...
no harness?? I drive raymond and crown turret and its required by OSHA Safety to use the harness
not required by OHSA since there are railings and it only goes up and down but employers would want you to wear one in case you do fall they aren't on the line for Section 5(a)(1) which requires employers to protect employees from serious recognized hazards.
Phongtech call osha and ask them,,, that is not safe at all,,,

Email from OHSA for clarification, about 2 questions down.

Things happen. Wear a harness. Increase your likelihood of going home to your family.
I'm a p1 certified for this awsome to drive
Do you need drivers for that? I have experience.
can you make the fork higher ? we have a lower cellar and trying to get to 8 level
Mackenzie Mackz the forks raise, on the secondary mast, up to about eye level.
Unsafe act..
