Please I have installed 12 IP cameras (5mp) with 4TB hard disk but the hard disk takes only 2 weeks to become full. Please I don't I understand, why does it record for only 2 weeks?
That’s about right for 4TB with 12 CAMs continuous recording. What I did to mine is some CAM is recording continuously but those none critical CAM I only record when there’s a motion detected. If you have NAS you can expand your storage, watch my other video about it. Hope that helps.
You probably have your camera network inside the nvr. It has to be in the same network of you computer so you can access it. Try pinging it if you can ping.
Sometimes a glitch can cause the infrared sensors on the camera to stay stuck in the “on” position. This can often be resolved by performing a power cycle, simply turning off the camera, wait a few seconds, and then turning it back on. Or maybe your camera is in dark area so the night mode or infrared is activated? Check you day and night schedule also maybe it is in night mode all the time. Other than that your camera might be faulty.

@@mariuspfaff5954 ping the ip address of the camera. Go to command prompt on your pc and type ping 192.168.10.8 replace the ip with your camera ip.
