Idleon is goated. It gets more and more afk the more you play it. That's how idle games should be. Too many idle games require more input the later you get into the game.
Melvor and Nordicandia are my two favorites from this list you’ve prepared! I enjoyed idleon, but unlike most of the players I’ve chatted with I actually did not enjoy having to create multiple characters to farm more resources.
idleon is just a great idle game overall. it's not linear with progression which i really like. you can either push through or go back to the very start and max out what you can there. one huge problem that i don't like and it's very detrimental to the game is the creator itself. he solo runs this game and doesn't like any negative opinions or criticism about his work from the community which is not good for your playerbase.

idleon is semiidle and very hardcore, theres 0 ads and you can easily purchase every store items with gems if you stick with it, its like runescape x maple story
I have such a love hate relationship with idleon. Lava used to be my fav dev but he gave into both monotization and the silencing of people who disagreed. The game itself is masterfuly developed and you can tell it has obsurd passion but the guy added way to much

@@NimbleThor Lava was really cool and I think he just went through a hard time during development and took it out on a few big creators in the community telling them to leave when they made critque videos on some issues with the game. But yeah hes a genuine good guy whos just over his head and needs a team hes doing this solo

For me mythic heroes is the best one. The game is f2p friendly, the art and visual is top tier, and the monetization is pretty good. The only idle game that stay on my phone

I honestly wish you tried idle Dyson swarm, it’s a very afk idle game and slow, basically how idle games should be.There are reset layers the make the game more enjoyable
Kittens game has mobile app that is buy once, play forever. It's handy when not playing on PC. But the usual "back up your saves from time to time" apply. Both to fix mistakes and in case some Chrome update screws with saves. Also has free web version.
I never really liked idle games. I play games to... well, play the game! Anyway, Pixel Tribe looks quite interesting with the mix of genres, definitely will give it a try. Thanks for the video!

Graphics look so bad on some of them that you might as well just play bank simulator by typing numbers across spreadsheets and see numbers grow. Even old games like SimCity 2000 had better graphics and all the progress you made was impossible to miss as you see the city growth in size and complexity.
Yep, many idle games don't have amazing graphics😅. I think it's in part because the developers know that the people who most often play this genre don't care too much about the graphics. They just want something lightweight and fun 😊 And dang... SimCity 2000. That's was my jam back in tve day, hehe. Thanks for the nostalgic flashback 🙌
I started playing idleon almost 1.5 years ago when the game only had around 10k players then I stopped playing the game and came back and made a new account then 2 hours in I remembered my old account so I logged in and saw all my characters had 456 days and that my characters had all been afk farming and I got a bunch of cool things that I didn't have on my other account like I had 1k gems, auto loot, a title from idle skiling a special hat and I know I didn't buy these stuff because 1.my parents wouldn't let me and 2. I never spent a dime on any mobile games unless they are playable on Xbox or PC but idleon wasn't at the time so I'm not sure but I think it's because I was like one of the first group of people to play the game I also do remember there was auto loot before I can back to the game so I'm not really sure

I picked the best idle games I know of that don't have horrible monetization. Most idle games are simple in their art-style, and many of the ones with great graphics have horrible monetization. So it's not that I specifically selected pixel-art games. It's just happenstance :)

I'm definitely trying out some of the games. Currently I'm enjoying Undead World: Hero Survival. I'm also trying out Devil Hunter Idle, it seems nice so far.
I tried so hard liking idleon. First time I quit within an hour or so, the second time I got a few months in and had 4 characters. But it just couldn't keep my attention after all. Currently I'm more than a year into Eggs Inc, and I just found Almost a Hero a few days back.
Oh snap! Nice to hear you've having such a blast with Eggs Inc. And yeah, IdleOn either just works for you or it doesn't. I don't think there's any middle ground with that game. I also eventually ended up quitting, but I did have fun with it while it lasted :)

It wasn't bad, but I got overwhelmed. Made me feel better seeing you talk about it here that it can get a little much. So I'm gonna give Almost a Hero a shot. Since you said it's good for beginners. for people that dont have time to spend playing games to make progress like me, idle or clicker game is the only game that im willing to play. tbh its not that fun but i just dont have the time...
For me, it's something to open in-between playing larger, more active games. It's nice to have a sense of constant progression, and once you REALLY get into some of these games, there's a lot of strategy / min-maxing involved in optimizing things, which is a big appeal for some players too. But yeah, no game or genre is for everyone, of course :)

@@NimbleThor Basically with the item that costs $500 dollars you get to use all 10 characters at once and MASSIVE bonuses. Without it, you have to have 6 in lab practically at all times, so you only get to use 4 out of your 10 characters and you miss out on the huge bonus. To top it all off the developer has been very rude and dismissive (he started the game with the promise to never release a pay-to-win update like this), telling everyone that he doesn't give a fuck and that since he now has enough money to advertise for new fans all the people who supported him up to this point can just fuck off and quit

Love Merchant RPG. I like this kind of game where the player is issuing quests or managing town where the heroes gather.

Melvor Idle dont required the game to be open anymore for combat but you take more risk if you dont have enough food and damage resistance.

There's always that one guy who is on first place in every idle/rpg mobile games in everything. Power, level, event rank, arena rank and such.
Currently in Idleon it isn’t just 6 gamers you can control, the max is 10 and 2 more will likely be added in the future!

It's old and pretty basic, but I like Crab War ! I like the graphics and music. It's soothing.
For my opnion, melvor idle is best idle game, but the idleon is one of worst idle games
