I think being caught on the street or in your vehicle with a loaded gun is more severe than someone having weapons found in their house (both obviously illegal but you could claim you just have them as a collection etc with no intent on using them) this would still be illegal without proper licence or permit! What I’m trying to say is regardless of skin colour or race- it’s hard to compare those two cases- a loaded gun in public says you intended on causing someone harm- 4 guns in your house could be more lenient unless you’re wanted for an offence that happened with those guns

Birmingham is my home city. England. Second largest UK city after London. Been some real problems there over the years - high (real) gun crime. But like anywhere - it's only ruined by the minority. Otherwise a really great city. A lot of armed officers in the city but I gotta tell you this, even our armed officers in the UK are very restrained - much different to yours - and I've been all across America. Your officers couldn't operate like ours do or they'd be killed themselves. They're very different societies.
Also that gun looks like a obsolete gun sometimes criminals buy obsolete calibre firearms as anyone can buy them and then they convert them to a modern calibre a lot of times they used to buy Russian 9mm as it was easy to convert
