Shawn Alexander was great, but they should give credit to Walter Jones and Steve Hutchinson, two of the best offensive linemen to ever play the game. Any running back who ran behind these guys was gonna be a superstar!
I grew up following the Seahawks. My favorite period was the beginning years with Jim Zorn, Steve Largent and Efren Herrera. They didn't win a lot but they were always interesting.
Most people forget the team that lost a Superbowl, but people still talk about what happened to the Seahawks in Superbowl 40 and Superbowl 49. The Seahawks Superbowl losses will continue to live in infamy. The only thing people remember about Superbowl 40 are the Refs and the only thing people remember about Superbowl 49 is that interception.
As a 35+ year Seahawks fan I will say not a bad little documentary, but I have to add. You should’ve mentioned when they brought John Snyder and also as GM I am up to this point. 20:56 so if you do mention it later on, for some reason, my apologies. 12th man
This commentary would be fantastic if you didn't have those stupid teensy pictures! Is it really that difficult to fill the screen with the plays instead of that lame graphic?
That 2005 Super Bowl was a bad joke, framed by the league to be a popularity contest with the opportunity to make a fortune in licensing. When the opening drive results in a phony OPI call we all knew what was going to happen. When Seattle completed the pass to the 1 on what should have been a free play for Haggans being offsides and the refs called a holding penalty after the pass was caught? Lame.
Thank you! Know we must trust in in our new coach, Mike
I’m a simple man I see Seahawks I click
I think the Seahawks have the greatest Jerseys collection in the NFL
They have rocked some cool jerseys over the years
LoL - they have terrible uniforms
Nice uniforms? You need to have your optometrist on speed dial.
I always thought they had awesome uniforms
Same

I really dig you moving the story along the ups and downs! Goes super well with your story-telling.

Don't forget...The Boz. Brian Bosworth.
12th Man! This was really in depth and fascinating.
This is a great video!! You deserve tons more views. Major props!
Thank you!
That first superbowl was won by the SeaHawks. There was not just one bad call, but many, and all against the Seahawks.
As a cowboys fan can you do the history of America Team aka The Cowboys. Please and thank you, also great video
America's Team. It was a joke in the 1970s, it's even more of a joke now. Hell, if the Texans were any good they wouldn't even be Texas' team.
@@stuartdollar9912 I don't care
@@stuartdollar9912 dude its what they are called, like or hate them. just hold your anger for something more important.
@@the_sports_nerd Much like most of America doesn't care for your shitty, gone in the Wild Card Round football team.

Thank you for watching!
Could you please do a complete history of the San Francisco 49ers video ?

Good video, but why in Gods name is the footage 1/8 of the screen size?
Requesting History of the 49ers…

This video is not complete, it leaves out a lot of pertinent information.

Why not run the ball and have two championships

Why the monkey business with the video in a Iittle part of the screen?
After that super bowl loss the pete carroll era was overrated they never ever got close to a super bowl ever again
At least they got a SB ring.
Several teams can't say the same
