Today is my last ”long” run before the Houston Marathon, which is one week out. This is my final training check-in, and it’s time to get real with my goals and expectations for race day.
@@lexington476I don’t think I’ll be running with the GoPro for this one. That’s just one other layer of things to worry about on a goal race with a lot of variables. But I will give a detailed recap for sure.
