Who doesn’t love a shiny rear sprocket. Will try that screw driver method 👌

In my opinion you do not need the chain to be warm as another comment said below (old wives tale type stuff), it makes no difference as it is liquid enough out of the can. I use Rock Oil and clean the chain link face plates, an wipe with a little ACF-50 to further prevent rust, let it 'set', they recommend to leave at least 30 min before riding.
You can use gearbox oil as they are very low viscosity oils, but a bit of a pain to use (I'd use a syringe). I'd never use dry lubes, they are for dirt bikes and short rides, check your chain manufacturer/box to see what they recommend, some recommend not to use wax or anything other than 'oil', as my AFAM chain does.

Thanks for the advice, cleaning off the face seems like a good idea to keep it looking fresh

@@Cranked-up-racing no problem bud, I do like to keep it looking decently clean as I have a gold chain, but I do get a bit lazy with it, especially through winter as I don't have a garage.

Wet chain lube to penetrate the chain and let it avaporate and go tacky before riding. Shouldn't fling off too much. Also supposed to apply it after a ride when the chain is warm but that's abit hard at the minute 🤔

I've not polished my sprocket yet....i know what I'm doing tomorrow 😂 Think I use Silkolene titanium dry gel or wd40 chain wax. Both do a good job and don't fling 👌

I find that no matter how well you clean and polish the bike, it always looks grubby if the chain is all dirty, looks so much better now with it like this! Will keep an eye on your insta to make sure you get on it 😄👍

@@Cranked-up-racing Especially if you have a gold chain and white wheels...That's a high maintenance colour combo to keep clean😅 I reckon I have enough autosol and dremel bits to get it done 😂

I’ve had a junction valve in the garage for 9 months, don’t know if to try and fit it again or go full blown 2nd caliper handbrake. My wheelies are trash at the moment.

It was better than some, but still pretty gunked up. We're just ticking off those jobs that never get done while we're locked down.

Music too loud in comparison to the camera mic. Going deaf when it transitions. Good otherwise👍
