So glad to see ripe tomatoes! We slice or chop our peppers and then vacuum seal them and freeze them. For tomatoes, I used to blanch them, but last year I just cut off any bad spots and put them in a blender, skins included. After that I strain them to get out the seeds, put the “juice” in a ziplock freezer bag and use for soups or sauces. I’m in zone 7b and just harvested my garlic planted last October. Good harvest!

I'm in Gambia, West Africa, we have a short rainy season so I'm waiting for the rain towards the end of June. It hasn't seen a drop since October 😢 I grow in plastic tubs and boxes during the dry season. I did well with tomatoes, not a single pepper, no idea why but I'm going to try again.

Hi Yaje, big harvest. I dehydrated mine, make some fresh pepper sauce with oil. For tomatoes, I make tomato sauce and freeze them.

I started from seeds around January 22. Planted in garden around mid March. I’m in zone 9b

i dry my pepper in the sun and ground them . don’t try in the oven else everyone will run away from the house
