    Brianne,
    You have a magic way that you work with your students.
    It's good to have the students on the same page with you dominantly because that does all of the managing in itself.
    Do you still turn certain redirections into a joke?
    If so, what are like some of the jokes that you've told?

    I teach high school math but they are all at a 4-6th grade level
    Classroom management is always a struggle.

      It's definitely an additional challenge when students are below level. When they can't perform as expected academically, it can also lead to disruptions in the classroom.
