This really stuck out to me because I feel like the Holy Spirit recently convicted me of this: “Stop telling people stuff prematurely.” To stop telling folks, even family mbrs, about the “potential” of something happening & wait until it is actually set in stone. So I have had to decide in my mind to keep certain things private until it is confirmed by God & already in motion. 💜

I am DEFAULT private until it's permanent. My reasoning is I have no interest in being linked to or connected with a bunch of temporary people when I look back in my life. Only the memories with the permanent will be worth making, having and most importantly showing

While I was looking for encouragement in Jan 2017, I came across your TH-cam channel. Two of the specific messages I watched was on being unequally yoked and the other was about the enemy sending a decoy before God sends the right person as a distraction. As I watched the videos you posted, my test came. He proved not to be the one, but a decoy. It was a blessing to be armed with wisdom. We have to listen to the Spirit and be obedient. Let me tell y’all something I felt Tanisha on the church break up!!! That happen to me and I’m not hear for that kinda hurt again! Too public and too hurtful! Plus we still go to the same church smh! But staying still and keeping quiet does way more than being loud! Also being gracious. To anyone going through a church break up, stand still with Jesus! Ask him to heal your heart and work on the forgiveness, hurt and pain. Pray for peace because when I tell you it feels good to be on the other side of peace!!! Stuff won’t bother you!
I learned my lesson keep some things to yourself. Everybody dont need to know your business. Every body not your real friends. Everybody not happy for your blessings. I totally agree! This is part of what happened in my last situation. It wasn't private enough. I'm currently off all social media right now. Although I'm not in a relationship... I'm still governing myself so that when he shows up, there is a clear understanding on what building on a firm and "solid foundation" contains.
I agree with this word. I did not change my status until after we said our vowels. Even at the wedding one of my closest friends from high school who was married confirmed with a beautiful hug "Keep Your Marriage private!" We are firm believers in this principle.

I resonate with the pastor's wife as I had a public relationship and a public breakup and I almost moved churches because of my ex but honestly when a pastor preached and he said that breakup was a gift I knew that relationship had to end. God used my breakup as a message to people I got to connect with and I said my next relationship I will keep it hush and this video I resonate with it. Thank you

I love rewatching these videos!! 3yrs later in a new friendship!! Doing things right by taking it slow.. He told me his intentions and gold is to be married after his retirement from the Marines. I promised God and myself the next relationship. My husband will be my friend/ best friend first. Not say, he’s my husband, but getting to know him is really nice. We are enjoying each other’s conversations.
Kept it private on the Internet, Until yesterday when we got Married 5-20-20. Now we will still keep it private to have a happy marriage. We had no pics on the internet and it helped us develop our relationship to be strong.

Been there before!! Don’t leave the church if God has called you to it. It was so hard for me but God, my pastors & some friends really helped me.
Honestly, if my 'close friend' hid a relationship from me only to inform me at the engagement 🙄 it's definitely a wrap! It just shows where they place you in their life!

HE IS OUR MD AND IM IN THE PRAISE TEAM WE HAVE TO SEE EACH OTHER MINISTER WITH EACH OTHER EVERY WEEK ON STAGE AT MY CHURCH. Now he just got married and ive been dating someone and no once really knows about he and I. So I can definitely attest to this. You two are Absolutely correct!
