Welcome back to 2 Point Hospital.
Tumble isn't too tricky to get the first two stars once you adjust to the fracture ward, earthquakes and lack of room. That third star and a $2 million hospital worth is a lot trickier. Join me as I show you how I managed to do it.

I just get into debt quite quickly and then just get stuck in debt

Take it easy. The first year you can’t really fail unless you go broke. Start with basics, basic rooms, minimal staff. You can reorganise and level up rooms at a later date. On this level you want to get your wards sorted out and efficient as possible in such a small space. This is legit my 3 star playthrough so copy my rooms if you want

I didn’t, I had 8 of them. There’s 2 in the first building and more in the others

cureing doesnt have to do anything with money. You can cure people without money.
