Face Mask Ingredients:
Soak 15-20 almonds overnight make sure it's covered in water
Soak a few Saffron strands in 50-60 ml of water ( optional, u can use rose water as well)
Soak separately
Peel skin off the almonds in the morning, then blend after adding few drops of water
Put almond pulp in muslin cloth & extract the almond milk
Add Saffron water to the almond milk
Add 4 tbsps Aloe Vera gel
Add 1 capsule Vitamin E
Add 7 drops Almond oil
Mix together or blend with immersion blender, face cream is ready
Apply as many times, especially for dry skin

I had a very bad and severe reaction after using this mask..my face swelled up and I my skin became rough..Please note that I’m not allergic to any of the ingredients/components of this mask as i have used them before..I did a patch test on my hand but my facial skin is very sensitive. I don’t know why this happened but please apply to a very small area of your face first.

Its sensitive because your skin barrier is damaged, start adding ceramides in your skin care routine.

Almonds 15/ soak in water at night. Water enough to cover the almonds. In the morning remove skin. Put white in blender with a little water. Squeeze out juice
Aloe vera gell.
Vitamin e.
Any oil.almond.7 drops or any
other.
Mix all together.
Massage.
Massaging for how many minutes or it has to dry & rinsing the face with hot Or normal water.

You can find Soffron in the Bio shop. I bought mine there. Little bit expensive but very sure.

Great video but you mentioned this for pigmentation. You haven't emphasized on the fact that it gets rid of pigmentation and I don't think it will.
Seems like you could use almond milk. Also you could blend it and not strain it so you get a slight grit action to remove dead skin. I wonder if saffron water alone would be enough although it might turn your skin yellow.

Doctor can the fresh almonds milk be substituted for almond milk sold at supermarkets?
I believe not. The almond milk sold in supermarkets contain preservatives. Look at the contents/ingredients printed on the box. I believe same goes with organic almond milk too. If you make the almond milk at home it's 100% from almond only without the skin. I hope my sharing is helpful to you.
