    Not really a backpack guy and not really sure why this was in my recommended, but Johan is really hot, please let him know for me. He can take me hiking, bird watching, or hunting anytime.

    After spending some time with this backpack, I have come to the conclusion this is pretty much the perfect bag for todays renaissance man. If you are going out somewhere for the day, this is the bag to bring. Fishing? Awesome. Photography? Awesome(get a camera cube). Metal-detecting? Awesome. It really is the perfect adventure bag for middle aged dudes like me that like to have a good place to sit. It’s so good in fact, that I’m thinking of buying another one in case they stop making these before my current one wears out. - OH and you really need the accessory pouches/gear holders to make this bag work. It’s pricy, but being able to stay out longer in comfort is worth the cost to me.

    I like the design but why no hip belt?

    •  4 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      Hi, We don´t see the need for a hip belt for this kind of backpack.

    • @christianb8228
      @christianb8228 4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Christopher Lewis it’s not necessary hip belts are good for hiking/trekking long distances this is not meant for that kind of out door activity this pack is meant for hunting, fishing, bird watching, and short day hikes.

      @@christianb8228 Thanks for explaining. I thought at 45L with the optional side pouches that it would benefit from one.

    • @christianb8228
      @christianb8228 4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Christopher Lewis no worries. I see what you mean but it’s actually only 35L total 27 for the pack alone and 4L per side pocket. I think the weight of the pack alone is about 4 pounds and then know you load it up with gear it is kind of on the heavier side, so a hip belt would probably help to a degree, but you won’t be suffering or struggling with out it. Pick this pack up you won’t be disappointed I have one it’s great it really is.

    Why is it not possible to use fully non animal materials, is it so important for the logo and all? My biggest wish from fjällräven is finally a vegan-version of that bagpack.

    Seriously crushed that I just purchased this pack but found the side pockets have been discontinued and only the small (useless to me) gear holder pockets are available if I wanted to then waste an additional $70+. Can't believe this just happened. Buyer beware.

      Hi, The Singi side pockets and Singi Gear holder is not discontinued products. They will be back in stock Jan/Feb.

    Hi I just got this version of Stubben and wonder what the zipper that is slightly inverted at the very bottom of the pack is for? It doesn't appear to be a zipper designed to use often since it is hard to grip. For ability to take the shell off the frame and wash it? Also, you should put these type of product presentations on your website. Many thanks for such awesome products!

    •  4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Hi, It is used in case you would like to remove the frame. Thank you for the feedback!

    Can you PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE re-release your rucksack no 21 large in the singi line? I have the no 21 large in olive and Its my favorite pack of all time because it still has that vintage old world swiss army look when you still used leather straps. I loved conditioning the leather in my spare time and treating the canvas with wax. Its still my best looking pack and my favorite of them all.
    I just need it with a sizeable front pouch like in the stubben, with the detachable side pouches. That way I could use it as a slim day pack for commutes, and also use it as a travel carry on/bushcraft rucksack.
    PLEASE make this happen! Right now I've had to upgrade to a Bradley Mountain Wilder pack because it had more space and looks as close to the no 21 large as I could find, but I miss the g1000.

    Is there such a thing as a strap that would attach to the side of the bag above a gear holder to hold something like a rifle tight to the bag? There seem to be pictures of this online but I can't find one for sale.

      Hi, There is a straps included in the Singi Gear holder. The strap is not sold separately.

      That‘s how the whole outdoor industry works today! They have some core products which are high quality & were still traditional produced in Europe but nowadays they all developed individual new „fancy“ synthetic fibers, which they are selling to textil fabrics on the Asian market. Then these companies will finish the products to 95% and send them back to Europe where they will get completed with logos & patches) before they became abroved for selling under the label made in the EU.

    Why not design add-on pockets for your Kai-packs? Why not put a zipper inside the zipper front pocket so that you can access the pack from inside that pocket?

    It is also a very good town backpack - if you have to wait for bus or train and all seats a used by others in rush hour you always have a seat. The same if you are in town and want to eat something "to go", you always have a seat 🤷‍♂
