Soooo wish that we could purchase and/or use the Vagabond in the UK! A bit disappointed that these dies have been discontinued and there is nothing to replace them! Great demo though Tim! xx
It’s 1:30 in the morning and I’m thinking of rosettes for my October Daily. I watch a video and a Tim Holtz die is referenced. I google and start watching this video. Wait I see your dies and they look like picket fences. I jump out of bed waking my husband and head to my craft room. I swear I have a long picket fence die because I thought it was really a picket fence and I was going to use it for Easter. It’s one of the older dies a long one. Look for orange paper put it through my Sizzix. I remember the washi tape. I use my tombow glue. I find my circle punch. What how do I make it flat. So here I am watching the video again. I’ll finish it tomorrow. I can sleep now. Of course my husband is awake and probably thinks I’m crazy.

Brilliant tip for rosettes. I have the older rosette strip dies and I just love making them. But when Tim shared this tip a while ago, it really made a huge difference. Now I have to get the new dies. LOVE Tim and Sizzix. You guys make me happy. And I will be smiling all the way to the Poor House :-) Think they let you in with a big shot, paper and dies? I may never come out. LOL
The old ones work great, there's just a bit of a learning curve like these. Once you get the part where you stick it to the blob of glue down pat, it's easy cheesy. It does take practice, so don't feel bad for not being able to make it work.

I've used this on the original rosettes it works great, guess I'll have to get the new dies they look great.
