I feel this a wonderful way to spend time with your son. It teaches him respect for the dead. And he probably grow to be a very spiritual young man. God bless you. 🙏❤️👍
Thank you for not forgetting the little ones. I like it that you have your son help too when he wants something special. I was born in ‘57 does that make me ancient? I don’t feel like it. Well…some days I do. I intend to leave no marker behind to be forgotten. I intend to be donated to science if someone can get some use for an old worn out body that is great.
Such a nice video to honor those who are no longer with us. Happy birthday, Fonnie. Nice job on Anthony Miller's headstone. Rest in peace, sweet babies.
My great grand aunt was named Fonnie May Lewis. She was born in 1889. This is only the second time I have seen this name, but it is rather sweet sounding. Again, thank you for all you two are doing from such good hearts of compassion and respect.
Its been interesting watching the different styles of gravestones change over the years ours over here are so different. And all the names that have gone out of style. God bless all these wee barins ( children ) I have masons and master masons in my late ancestors id love to think they created some beautiful gravestones and built parts of the my beautiful city of Edinburgh Scotland and more places. You both have a wonderful 4th of July and god bless you and keep you both safe always. Never say sorry real life comes first always. ❤
I’m glad you told Ronin that you loved him I never had that from my parents or hugs, so the first person to hug me outside of family I was like where do I put my hands
I never had it either. It’s why I say it to him so much. To let him know that having emotions is a blessing. I didn’t hug my mom until I was a grown man and it was awkward. Never hugged my dad.
I can relate, I grew up in the 50’s and 60’s and it seems that there often not as much affection shown between parents and kids then. My dad was more affectionate than my mom, sadly he died young when I was 8. I don’t remember my mom ever saying I love you. @@VirginiaTombstoneRevival
You have some nice brushes but I was thinking…what if you went to the baby section of your local store and got a bottle brush with a cleaning end for baby bottle nipples, for the little spots. They are cheap but may help with the crannies. Great job guys❤from NY😊
Because I didn’t come out there with anything to raise a stone with. I have been on the fence lately about doing that anymore, as it got us A LOT of negative feedback in another video.
My husband's great grandparents have an old limestone tombstone dating from 1903. Can you use D2 on limestone or would you just recommend water and a soft brush/ sponge? I want to clean it but certainly want to be careful with it.
From the research I’ve done and a lot of more established channels I watch….D2 seems totally safe to use on any type of stone it seems. Some stones it won’t have the same amazing results as it does on the white marble ones, but I think it will definitely help.
What method of donation gives you the largest percentage of the money? I'd like to donate to you and Ronin, not TH-cam, Patreon, or the credit card company. That D2 is expensive stuff! (As if you don't know!)
I mean if you are trying to avoid any fees being subtracted, cash app or Venmo would be my only real suggestion…but you don’t need to do anything like that.

@@VirginiaTombstoneRevival Yvw anything you need is fine by me.
Happy 4th of July. And thank you for your service.
Much appreciated!!! Hope your holiday was a good one also(if you’re in the states that is)

Great job, Western Branch!
I’m 6 min from WBHS. Lol.
I hope you and Ronin have a happy 4th of july and an amazing job as always ❤lots of love from New Jersey ❤

I will look into that. You’re the second person to actually mention that. It had never even crossed my mind. lol.
I think Ronin doesn't really care about cleaning headstones, he just loves being with his father. Its precious and it's obvious you two are very close
He did for a bit, but his age and honestly his attention span aren’t where they need to be for something that detailed.
What a beautiful name Fonnie is, never heard of it before. Hi Ronin ❤
Thank you
You're welcome
Congratulations! you really do have a great channel!!
Thanks!
Thank you so much! Is there anything in particular you’d like this to go towards for the channel?
@@VirginiaTombstoneRevival Spend it on whatever you think best. You know what you need or what will make the work easier.
I was so glad you made a new video. Great job! I am already subscribed. Happy 4th of July to you and yours!
U2 are amazing keep up the good work
Thank you! Will do!
Beautiful work you two awesome 💜🦋🌻
Thank you so much!
We had our fireworks here in Canada on monday for Canada Day.
You guys are amazing for cleaning these stones ❤
Our pleasure!
Have you tried using a bottle brush to get into the tight nooks and crannies??
Oh btw, the worry wart that I am, is it okay, to be so close when you spray that? Maybe start wearing a mask, during that part? Please? Thank you!
❤❤❤❤❤
Family comes first my friend
Awesome job!!!
I'm curious as to why you didn't work on the little grave next to Fonnie. The headstone of Mary Alice seems to have sunk.
Because I didn’t come out there with anything to raise a stone with. I have been on the fence lately about doing that anymore, as it got us A LOT of negative feedback in another video.
@@VirginiaTombstoneRevival I didn't read the negative feedback.
Great job ❤
Thank you!
RIP babies.
I know my nieces, all grown women now, would of loved doing this, but my nephews attention span would of probably lasted at most 20 minutes.
❤

What is d2
It’s a quaternary ammonium agent. It’s the same thing they use at Arlington National Cemetery to keep those stones bright white and clean.
