Complete book 1 chapter 4 on nightmare. Before the revamp after you killed the hearts you would get the badge but now you have to complete the boss fight as well. Kusonoki can only be obtained by playing through the whole of chapter 4 and the Saigomo lantern can be obtained by either completing the whole chapter or doing kintorus trials
