💡The highlight of this video is the sliding door threshold. (12:08) 💡 🙏I missed recording the scene of making the door part though🤦♂ For making a handle for the door, you can check another video, [DIY | Cardboard Crafts] Making a small desktop cabinet with doors made of cardboard (th-cam.com/video/ctUwljycufE/w-d-xo.htmlfeature=shared&t=244) hope you enjoy!
I love to watch you make these amazing things out of cardboard. They look very sturdy and would make great doll furniture. I'm getting addicted to your videos.
Thank you! It is a bit difficult to control the details when the cardboard quality is not consistent. But you know, the part of unperfection could be enjoyable with paper material. Hope you like it😊
I'm not sure that the size is 10 times bigger than the original without having a proper cardboard material for the matter of maintaining strength. I'd recommend using double wall corrugated cardboard such as BC-Flute (6mm-7mm) and adjusting the rail and tab to 12-14mm instead of 8mm. Even though, you might need additional support to make it strong:)
Did you peel the 'A' cardboard first? And i dont understand F 104mmx222mm x2 ,did you cut it in half because when i measure ,the 222mm part is so long ,unlike the picture u ,show pls help me
Hi, thank you for trying it! For this design, "A" part 200mmx200mm is for the back of the cabinet and use it as it is. Just glue two sheets together, no peeling. And for the sliding door "F", the length of 222mm is combined with 107mm + 4mm(groove) + 107mm +4mm(tab). - using 2mm cardboard (which I didn't mention in the template! I'll update!) let me know if it helps.
Thank you for these creative videos and your hardwork
