At work I am trying to develop a formula to produce corrugated boxes with tight tolerances for aerospace applications to reduce shipping costs. I'm going to watch more of your videos but I was wondering were you taking out one row of corrugated per bend? I'm having problems with repeatability. It's a new material to me. I appreciate your craftsmanship on something most people overlook.

i think you can substitute this tool with a 1/4" or 3/8" chisel. Use sandpaper to dull the knife a bit

That was perfect ! I have a small cabinet in which I display pictures of various sizes. It was difficult to get stands to suit my needs. So, I stacked up cardboard boxes of various sizes to make a step display. Using this technique, I can make a customized step display stand. Thank you very much !!
