Tony tries to do a lot of wrestling style bits that only work if you have an imposing physical presence and gravitas when you speak. If he wants to play heel, he should lean into his effeminate nature and act like prince joffrey in game of thrones, the tough guy act just falls completely flat

I think William Montgomery is probably doing the best comedy out of TX right now. He's on Kill Tony sometimes. He's leagues above the rest of these guys. He's actually doing something different.

I think Adam got annoyed by Tony also. When he was giving everyone the send offs at the end he was leaving Tony completely out and even took the mic from him at one point. When Tony and Jeremiah started talking at the end that’s when Adam finally gave him props. When he ended the bit with ai mark norman I think it was more just to put an end to what Tony was doing. Adam and Jerimiah are pretty close. You can tell everyone is figuring Tony out for his shit.
Not sure if this has been mentioned before, but if you rewatch the kill tony first 100-150 episodes, Kirk Fox was the one who was doing the whole Dr. Phil schtick, saying "we'll be right back", "actually we'll keep it right here", etc. Just dropping it here if this is not common knowledge, it was basically stolen from him.
Adam Ray's Dr. Phil was the final straw for me with Kill Tony. I was already sick of David Lucas, Uncle Laser, Hans Kim, and Tony but when I saw people laughing like hyenas and clapping like seals for what is literally the worse impression I've ever seen and they called him the guest of the year, I just shut off the show, unsubscribed and never turned it back on. I was so happy when I found Redbar. So many people who also hate Kill Tony. It's wonderful. I feel like I escaped a cult or something.

tony is 100% unbearable outside of Kill Tony. Literally every single situation with Tony outside of KT is unwatchable because of how big his ego is. I get that some of it is Tony trying to be the "heel" character, but the issue is that he actually truly does think he is the best thing that has ever happened in comedy. I still love KT and watch every episode, but outside of that I truly can't stand Tony. He's just an annoying little over-inflated pissant most of the time.
